Hello and welcome to this evening's meditation.
Let's take some time to relax and let go of the day.
Maybe it was a good day.
Maybe it was a more challenging one.
In either case,
The work of the day is done.
And it is time to just take a moment for yourself.
You can take a comfortable seat or you can lay down.
Whichever feels better for your body right now.
Let's start by taking three deep breaths in.

In.
.
.
And out.
.
.
And out.
Let your breath continue to be long and slow as we deepen into our relaxation.
Imagine a light hovering above the crown of your head.
It is warm and gentle and melts away tension wherever it touches.
It travels down to your forehead,
Then to your eyebrows,
And your temples.
It soothes your eyes,
Your mouth,
Your jaw,
And your neck.
The light travels down to your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your forearms,
Into your hands and fingers.
The light travels down your chest,
Your abdomen.
It spreads down and across your back,
Down your hips,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
All the way down to your feet.
Let the light continue to settle within your body as whatever lingering tension melts away.
As I say the following affirmations,
Just listen.
Let them sink into your mind and into your subconscious as you drift off into sleep.
You are loved.
Everything is alright.
You are safe.
You are allowed to rest.
Things are working out.
You are perfect just as you are.
Everything is fine.
You are divinely loved.
You are on the right path.
You are cared for.
The universe is supporting you.
You are surrounded by love.
You're okay.
You are part of the universal divine.
You are treasured.
You are becoming your best self.
You are capable.
You are worthy.
You are being guided on your path.
You are loved.
You are deeply loved.
