Hi,
I'm Suzie with Unplugged,
And this is your meditation to shift from A to Z.
We're going to picture and imagine ourselves feeling all of these qualities as we close our eyes and begin to relax.
Breathing in through our nose and exhaling through your mouth,
Releasing,
Letting go.
Nothing to do,
Nowhere to be,
But right here,
Right now.
So often our mind will wander to the negative place or the land of hurts and wounds,
But today we're going to bring in some affirmations and visualize by picturing or imagining actually feeling these affirmations.
I'll give you a little bit of space in between each one,
So let's begin.
On the inhale,
Silently saying to yourself,
I am,
And on the exhale,
Abundant.
So what does it look like for you to feel fully abundant?
Breathing in,
I am.
Confident on the exhale.
Just really see yourself as confident,
Dependable,
Energetic.
Picture and imagine yourself very energetic.
What does that look like for you?
I am,
On the inhale,
Silently to yourself,
Gracious on the exhale.
How can you be more gracious in your life?
Imagine yourself as your healthiest self,
Joyful,
And really feel that in your bones,
Maybe even putting a smile on your face.
Kind,
How can you be a little kinder to yourself and to others?
Loving,
Optimistic,
Peaceful,
Resilient,
Uplifting,
Vibrant,
Extraordinary.
I am zestful.
And let these words sink into your heart,
Into your body,
Into your mind.
And taking the time to say kind things to yourself is one of the greatest things that you can do for your mental health and wellness.
Now we planted those seeds.
We'll sit in silence for a few moments.
Taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And as you exhale,
Just bringing some movement back into your body.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
And I hope you feel wonderful and all of the letters between A and Z.
