This is your Carpe Diem meditation.

Imagine if you seized today and it went exactly as you wanted it to.

What would that even look like?

Well,

We're going to find out in this meditation,

And I'll guide you through some prompts to help you figure out how to make today your day.

Let's begin by closing our eyes.

Let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Relaxing your face,

Your shoulders,

Your body.

Just going to do that a few more times.

Now let's imagine that you can call in any quality that you want to embody today.

What would your one quality be?

Mine would be to be 100% present,

But this is your meditation.

So just settle on one quality that you would like to embody for today.

Imagine what that would feel like.

Imagine what that would feel like.

Now let's imagine starting your day exactly as you choose.

What habits would you like to lock in in the morning?

Meditation,

Exercise,

Healthy eating.

This is your meditation.

So what are the habits that you'd like to lock in?

And now imagine that feeling that you have after doing what you intended to do.

Just feel that.

Let's set a micro intention.

What's one small thing that you would feel good about accomplishing today?

Just one small thing.

And now let's go macro.

What's one big thing that you would feel good about doing today?

Just imagine accomplishing your micro and your macro meditation.

Imagine that you're looking back at your day,

Having seized the day exactly as planned.

Carpe diem.

Seize the day.

And now take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And releasing it through the mouth,

Letting it go.

Now that you've planted that seed,

We're just going to sit in stillness and silence.

For a few minutes.

Taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

Letting go out through the mouth,

Bringing a little bit of movement into the body.

And open your eyes.

And know that you are more likely to have your day go as planned when you plan your day,

Even if it's just in your meditation.

Carpe diem.
