Today we begin by honoring the journey that brought you here.

This is your moment to come home to yourself.

Take a deep,

Full breath in through your nose.

And exhale gently through your mouth.

Let your shoulders relax.

Let your jaw soften.

Let yourself arrive here in this moment.

I invite you to place one hand over your heart and feel the warmth,

Feel the pulse.

That rhythm has never left you.

This body has carried you through every chapter.

This heart has loved,

Lost,

Risked,

And rebuilt.

And still it beats for you.

Let that settle in.

Today we express deep gratitude for the journey.

Not just the victories,

But the growth,

The unfolding.

I invite you to say this with me.

Every step has shaped me.

Every step has shaped me.

Feel it echo in your bones.

You've already walked through fire and found your light.

You've said yes when it was terrifying.

You've walked away when it was time to choose yourself.

These weren't random chapters.

Your eyes are open.

I invite you to close your eyes or lower your gaze and imagine your timeline.

Behind you,

The stepping stones of your past.

Each one glowing softly beneath your feet and especially the ones that challenged you.

Ahead of you,

That's the power of your journey.
