Start your day feeling clear, grounded and steady. This guided meditation helps you gently arrive in your body, set your energy for the day and create a sense of calm focus before moving on with life. It's designed to be simple, supportive and easy to return to again and again; whether you are just waking up, transitioning into work or needing a quick mindful reset. Listen seated, lying down or even before getting out of bed. Music Credits: Chris Collins

Transcript

Find a comfortable seated position.

Allow the spine to feel tall and supported.

Let the eyes close or soften the gaze.

Take a steady breath in through the nose,

And release it smoothly through the mouth.

Feel the body becoming awake and present.

Bring attention to the breath as it moves in and out.

Notice the inhale creating space in the chest.

Notice the exhale flowing easily out.

Begin to gently deepen the inhale,

Inviting fresh energy into the body.

Feel the breath reach the ribs,

The chest,

And the upper lungs.

Bring awareness to the spine.

Imagine energy rising upward from the base of the body through the center of the chest to the crown of the head.

Let the breath continue,

Steady and alive.

Bring awareness to the face.

Feel the eyes awaken behind the lids,

The mind becoming clear and focused.

Choose one word to carry into the morning.

Awake,

Capable,

Present.

Take one final breath in,

And release it fully.

When you feel ready,

Open the eyes and step into the day with energy and clarity.
