Take a slow,

Your shoulders to drop,
And your whole body to settle into the support beneath you.
As we begin,
Simply listen and receive.
Your tasks are done for the day.
You have nothing left to do but rest.
You have nowhere else to be.
Everything else can wait until tomorrow.
Just listen and allow these words to mold your subconscious mind in a positive way so you can wake rested as you deserve.
Sleep comes,

There is nothing more to fix or finish,
Just rest.
