Sit up,

And close your eyes,

And try to become aware of your heart,

Feel your heart located.

And now,

Begin by breathing slowly in and out through the heart,

Breathe with your heart,

All of your awareness,

All of your attention on your heart,

And as you breathe in and out through your heart,

Feel your heart awakening,

Awakening the heart with your breath and with your attention.

Stay there,

In the heart,

Whenever a thought comes up,

Just accept it as it is,

Let it go and come back to your precious heart.

And as your heart is open,

See if you can notice its energy,

The feeling that it brings up,

See if you can feel the love of your heart.

It is peaceful,

It is awakening,

And it is unconditional.

Get out of your head and into your heart,

And let its energy take you over completely.
