Welcome to this Morning Energy Boost Meditation.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with fresh,

Revitalizing air,

And exhale any tension or heaviness.

As you start your day,

Let this practice awaken your body,

Mind,

And spirit with vibrant energy and intention.

Begin by placing your feet firmly on the ground,

Whether you are sitting or standing.

Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet deep into the earth,

Anchoring you in stability and strength.

With every breath,

Feel yourself becoming more connected to the energy of the earth,

Drawing up a sense of support and vitality.

Visualize these roots pulsing with life force energy,

Traveling up your legs,

Filling your entire body with warmth and strength.

Let this grounding energy settle within you,

Providing a strong foundation for the day ahead.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your belly completely.

Hold for a moment,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Repeat this 5 more times,

Allowing each inhale to bring in fresh energy,

And each exhale to release any lingering tension.

With every breath,

Imagine fresh oxygen and prana circulating through your system,

Refreshing every cell,

Clearing away stagnation,

And revitalizing your entire being.

As you breathe deeply,

Allow your mind to quiet and become fully present in this moment.

Now let's activate the body's energy.

Begin by lightly tapping your chest in the center,

Awakening your thymus gland,

The energy center for vitality.

Tap for a few seconds,

And then let your hands rest.

Next,

Rub your palms together vigorously,

Feeling the warmth and energy built between them.

Bring your hands to your face and lightly sweep away any stagnant energy,

Then extend your arms out to the sides,

Opening yourself up to receive the day's possibilities.

Begin tapping along your collarbone,

Down your arms,

Along the sides of your body,

And down your legs.

Wake up your energy channels,

Clearing away any sluggishness,

Allowing vibrant energy to flow.

Now,

Close your eyes and imagine a golden light surrounding you,

Filling you from head to toe.

This golden light represents life force energy,

Radiating warmth and vitality.

With every inhale,

Draw this energy into your body,

And with each exhale,

Let it expand beyond you,

Creating a field of light and confidence.

Picture this golden light brightening,

Strengthening your aura,

Making you feel radiant,

Protected,

And full of potential.

As you prepare to move forward into your day,

Repeat after me,

I am energized and ready for this day.

I embrace today with enthusiasm and clarity.

My body is vibrant,

My mind is clear,

My spirit is strong.

I am grounded,

Resilient,

And open to the opportunities of this new day.

My energy flows freely,

And I radiate positivity and strength.

I am capable,

Strong,

And full of potential.

Every breath fills me with vitality and joy.

Take one final deep breath in,

Feeling completely awake and refreshed.

Exhale fully.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and step forward with confidence and energy.
