Welcome to this guided meditation for ocean breath meditation.

In this practice we will cultivate a sense of inner peace through a gentle rhythm of your breath.

This meditation can help you cultivate mindfulness,

Reduce stress,

And promote a sense of calm within.

Allow yourself to settle into a comfortable position whether seated or lying down.

Take a moment to find stillness in your body and mind,

Letting go of any tension or distractions that may be present.

Simply observe the natural flow of your breath.

Bring your attention to the sensation of your breath entering and leaving your body.

Notice the rise and fall of your abdomen or the coolness and warmth of the air as it moves in and out.

There is no need to control or manipulate your breath in any way.

Simply observe and be present with each inhale and exhale.

On your next out breath,

Imagine yourself sitting by the shore,

Gazing out at the vast expanse of the ocean.

Feel the gentle breeze on your skin and hear the rhythmic sound of the waves crashing against the shore.

With each inhale,

Visualize the waves rolling in,

Gradually reaching their peak,

And with each exhale,

Imagine the waves gently receding,

Returning to the vastness of the ocean.

Notice how your breath mirrors the ebb and flow of the ocean waves.

As you inhale,

Envision yourself drawing in the energy and serenity of the ocean.

Feel the expansion and fullness of your breath,

Just like the waves swaying towards the shore.

Take a few more moments to simply be with your breath in the imagery of the ocean.

Breathe in its vastness,

Its serenity,

And its timeless presence.

Allow yourself to rest in this space,

Deep peace,

Relaxation,

For as long as you wish.

When you feel ready to conclude this meditation,

Gently bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and gently open your eyes.

Take a moment to express gratitude for this opportunity to connect with your breath and cultivate a sense of calm within.
