In this meditation,
We open up to receiving.
We allow ourselves to receive abundantly.
I encourage you to sit or stand.
You may even do this lying down and wherever you are most comfortable,
I encourage you to close your eyes.
Close your eyes.
And we start this meditation with a lovely cleansing breath in through the nose.
And exhale through the mouth.
And once more in through the nose.
And when you're ready,
Exhale through the mouth.
With your eyes closed,
I encourage you to open your arms side to side with your palms facing forward as if you're about to give someone a very big hug.
Open your arms as wide as is comfortable for you.
And if it's not comfortable keeping them up in the air,
You may rest them down beside you,
But next to you on each side.
And in this position,
Allow your breathing to return to normal.
I will say affirmations and you will repeat after me either in your mind or out loud with your arms open as we give ourselves permission to receive in this moment.
Repeat after me.
I receive joy.
I receive love.
I receive health.
I receive peace.
I receive calm.
I am worthy of receiving.
I receive abundantly.
I give myself permission to always receive.
I receive abundantly.
I am worthy.
You can now place your arms back on your lap or wherever feels most comfortable and keeping your eyes closed,
We'll end with a lovely cleansing breath in again through the nose all the way to the top.
And when you're ready,
Exhale through the mouth.
And when you feel comfortable,
Open your eyes,
Bat your eyelids slowly.
Wiggle your hands,
Wiggle your toes and bring yourself back to the room around you.
