Welcome to this sleep support meditation with energy healing.
Begin by settling your body into a restful position.
Adjust anything that needs shifting in order to find comfort and a feeling of safety.
And as you sink into your restful position,
Slowly allow your awareness to turn inward.
Allow yourself to notice sensations within the body.
Gently feel the sensation of your sheets on your hands.
Notice the sensation of the sheets in contact with your feet.
Feel the gentle support of your pillow beneath your head.
Connection with each of these sensations in a slow,
Mindful manner allows you to shift from the busy bustle of the day toward reconnection with the inner peace that exists within the body.
Allow yourself to move a little deeper into the body and rest your awareness within the heart center.
While you are in this space,
Visualize the most peaceful environment you have ever experienced in your life.
And as you immerse yourself in this sense of peacefulness,
Bring it into your heart center and allow it to expand outward with each heartbeat into the rest of your system.
Allow peace to radiate outward from your heart into the rest of your abdomen,
Your chest,
Your back,
Down your legs,
Down your arms and upward into your head and your mind.
Allow the sense of peace to envelop you completely,
Surrounding you in a cocoon of comfort.
