I'm Janna.

Today we harness your intuition to navigate your next step,

Your next wise action.

We do this through sensing your unique internal cues.

We'll use this intuition first to set a clear intention and then take action aligned with that intention.

Let's begin to bring awareness into the felt senses of the body.

Before closing the eyes,

Focus for a moment on seeing.

Choose an object in your range of vision,

Something you can see up close,

Right beside you or on your body or clothing.

And now hone in on one small part of that object.

Begin to see it with such precision that you can notice new details,

The texture and shape.

Notice if it's flat,

Curvy,

Rigid,

Or soft.

Even notice the color or colors and if they're dull,

If they're shiny,

All the qualities.

Consider how light and shadow affect this part of the object.

Just begin to see it with such clarity that you can sense what it would feel like if you touched it.

Sense if it's bumpy or smooth or spiky,

All those qualities.

Still without touching it,

Notice the level of visual clarity you have right now.

This high degree of sensing through seeing.

Just recognize that you have senses that don't get used to their maximum potential.

You have this beyond just the five senses.

Now,

Gently begin to close your eyes and let the image you just saw be replaced with other senses.

So bring the same level of clarity to your sense of sound.

Notice the furthest sounds you can hear.

And now,

Notice the sounds within the body.

Sounds that nobody else can hear.

Focus on a sound so subtle you could easily miss it.

Perhaps just simply move your tongue.

Notice that sound.

Listen with such precision as if you're hearing it for the first time.

And now,

Just recognize this clarity of sound,

Of hearing.

Now move to taste.

Notice the taste within your mouth.

Is it salty or sweet or bitter or neutral?

Find that same level of clarity with taste.

Notice what it feels like to focus on taste without food in your mouth.

This high level of sensing taste.

Now we focus on smell.

Is there a familiarity in what you can smell in this moment?

Gently sniff inward and notice the temperature within the nostrils.

Notice the movement of air in and out.

Is the air dry or warm?

And what's the quality of the air you can smell?

And now,

Move this sense of clarity to touch.

Just notice what parts of the body you're touching.

Your hands,

Fingers to your thighs.

Focus on one area of the body that's touching something.

And just bring clarity there.

Noticing a heightened sense of touch.

And now,

We bring this high level of clarity to your intuitive senses.

To do this,

Let's invite your intuition.

And intuition may be called spiritual guides or intuitive insight.

In fact,

Scientifically,

We can call it the subconscious cues that are wired into our nervous system.

I like to call it our wisdom on tap.

We are all hardwired with this wisdom,

This sense of core purpose.

And when we stray away from it,

We know we feel an internal friction.

And this friction is effortful.

So as you are harnessing your wisdom on tap,

It's effortless.

Go ahead and place your hand on your heart and just feel the warmth of your hand.

Notice this warmth and this wisdom flowing from an endless source within you.

Just like with the five senses,

You can bring clarity to this warm wisdom or intuition.

Go ahead and release your hand and notice there's still some warmth there.

This is the wisdom that resides within you,

This intuition.

Now we begin to set a clear intention using that intuition,

That warm wisdom within you.

Ask yourself,

What do I yearn to amplify or cultivate in my life?

This is your intention.

It's not a goal or achievement,

But it's an ongoing way of being.

So an example could be courage or authenticity,

Honesty,

Acceptance or compassion or human connection.

Allow this intention or way of being to form.

No need to force it.

Focus simply on allowing this intention,

This way of being to be known.

Just know that you are worthy and capable of living this intention.

Now just name it in a word or a few words.

Let it be known to the mind and felt in the body.

Now with this profound level of clarity and precision,

Consider the next action to take that's aligned with this intention.

Just one step,

Not the whole path,

Not a destination,

Just the wise next step that honors your intention.

Just begin to let it form.

Just surrender to the effortless acceptance of what happens next.

And as you're doing this,

Feel the warmth of your intuition.

Know you're worthy of the intention that you just set.

So release all the shoulds and the pleasing and the expectations of others and get really clear on what is your next wise step.

Let it be known to the mind and felt in the body.

You can say the words to yourself.

My next wise step is.

And now imagine yourself taking this action,

This step.

And just bring awareness to how you carry yourself,

How you feel,

How you see the world as you take this step.

Feel it until it becomes familiar,

Intuitive.

You are rehearsing.

And getting to know your next wise step.

And now gently open your eyes.

And of course,

You can write down your intention and your next wise step.

And I'll be here when you're ready.
