Welcome to our Yoga Nidra Guided Sleep Meditation session, designed to help you experience deep relaxation and enjoy a restful night's sleep. Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a powerful practice that induces profound relaxation while maintaining awareness, making it an ideal technique for preparing the body and mind for deep rest. In this guided meditation, you'll be gently led through a series of instructions to release tension from your body, calm your mind, and enter a state of complete relaxation. Starting from your toes and moving upward, you'll progressively relax each part of your body, allowing stress and tension to melt away. Throughout the session, you'll focus on your breath, syncing it with your movements and guiding your mind into a state of tranquility. Visualizations and affirmations will further deepen your relaxation, helping you to let go of any worries or thoughts that may be keeping you awake.

Welcome to this guided practice for manifesting abundance.

During this journey,

We will turn our gaze inward and deal with the most fundamental of truths.

This teaching has been passed on from prophets,

Teachers and sages from the dawn of time.

It is known as the primordial philosophy.

And to put it simply,

It says that within each and every one of us lies the kingdom of heaven,

Or within each and every one of us lies the treasure of treasures.

The Buddha famously said,

Question all scriptures,

Question all teachings,

And unlearn all that you have learned,

Remove the limiting beliefs,

Connect and remember this hidden treasure.

Start by finding a comfortable position,

Laying down on your back,

Turning your palms up towards the sky,

Allowing yourself to be open and ready to receive.

Keep your legs slightly apart and allow all ten toes to turn out to the sides.

If you haven't already,

Allow your eyes to gently close,

And for this practice to have its full effects,

It is important that we remain still,

So we can go deeper and deeper within ourselves.

As our body has eased into stillness,

We will anchor ourselves in the present moment and begin our journey on the most manifested part of our being,

The meat suit,

Also known as our body,

So we will develop aware of the sensation of having a body,

Starting with localizing the thumb of our right hand,

Simply feel the space that your thumb is occupying in the time-space continuum,

Then feel your second finger,

Third finger,

Feel the palm of the right hand,

The air of a warm tingling sensation,

Second finger,

Fourth finger,

Can you feel the space in between the palms and feel the weight of both arms,

Of the surface that you're resting on and your body,

Feel the points of contact between the back of the head,

The shoulders,

Body,

Peacefully resting,

Allowing yourself to let go of any tension harbored within your body,

Fully surrender to the support beneath you,

Simply observe this wave-like motion,

Feel the abundance of fresh oxygen entering your body and nourishing the trillions and trillions of cells,

Know that everything here on earth is for you,

Visualize yourself basking up its glorious light,

The sun is not going to hold back any of its rays,

It will abundantly give,

Now visualize yourself floating,

This river will not hold back its water,

Abundantly give to the jungle that you're flowing through and the animals are dependent on the abundance of this river,

Walking through a garden,

The most delicious berries,

The most delicious fruits,

Melons,

Strawberries,

Nature has produced the most abundant and delicious fruits we could imagine,

Growing abundantly and each fruit has coded within it the possibility to bring forth even more fruit and berries,

Any fool can count all the apples on a tree,

But only the creator can count all the trees within a single apple,

Marvel at the magic and the intelligent design of nature,

Witnessing everything you see and now allow yourself within your hearts of hearts to open up and to receive that abundance,

To take us one step closer to aligning to this primordial truth,

We will do a breathing technique known as coherent or resonant breathing,

Changing the frequency within our body,

Allowing us to harmonize the nervous system,

The organs and the family of glands,

Allowing our to facilitate our elevated state of consciousness,

Slow breathing can be synonymous with praying,

So wherever you are exhale completely and then let's inhale for one,

Two,

Five,

Exhale five,

Four,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Follow your breathing,

Bring forth in your mind's eye,

How does it smell where you are,

How does it taste,

How does it sound,

This is the first step to be able to manifest,

The second step is an easy layout known as be,

Do,

Now we can clearly see what we want to have,

What do I need to do,

What your heart desires,

What qualities does the person,

What has everything you could ever wished for,

What qualities has that person cultivated and embodied,

Vow to yourself that you will do everything in your power to transform your limiting beliefs,

Allow yourself to step into the role,

Rumi once wrote that half of our lives goes on trying to please others and the other half goes on worrying about others,

Reconnect with the authenticity hidden within you,

When the true you shines through the mask,

True wealth and abundance will come from within,

Remember that information is gathered from the outside,

But inspiration comes from you,

It grows from within,

So reconnect to your inspiration,

Reconnect to this well,

To this fountain of abundance,

To sing to the deepest part of our subconscious,

We'll count back from 15 to 1,

Like this,

Inhale 15 belly rises,

Exhale 15 belly falls,

Inhale 14 belly rises,

Exhale 14 belly falls,

Inhale 13 belly rises,

Exhale 13 belly falls,

Inhale 12 belly rises,

Exhale 12 belly falls,

Inhale 11 belly rises,

Exhale 11 belly falls,

Inhale 10 belly rises,

Exhale 10 belly falls,

Inhale 9 belly rises,

Exhale 9 belly falls,

Inhale 8 belly rises,

Exhale 8 belly falls,

Continue this count until we reach 1,

And if you lose track of your count,

Gently start over at 15,

Visualizing how with every exhalation you sink deeper and deeper,

Throughout this journey you have gone through all four brainwave patterns that you usually would experience during sleep,

You have rejuvenated and reduced the stress that our body is suffering from in the modern world,

You have reconnected with a deeper layer of yourself,

And clearly started to paint a picture of where you want to go,

And clearly understood who you have to become to walk that path,

And now that just as you are supported with mother earth beneath you,

You will be supported along this journey,

May you go forth from here in abundance and bliss,

And as always stay blessed by the breath.
