As your energy settles, a gentle sense of clarity and restfulness begins to return, preparing your body and mind for a peaceful evening and deeper rest. Find a quiet,

Comfortable space where you can fully let go of the day.

You may wish to dim the lights or lie in bed beneath a cosy duvet or blanket.

Wherever you feel most comfortable,

Let this surface beneath you hold your weight completely.

There is nothing left for you to do.

Close your eyes and begin by focusing on some deep,

Cleansing breaths.

Inhale through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in drawing calm into your body and breathe out releasing the noise of the day.

Breathe in filling from the belly to the chest and breathe out allowing your shoulders to drop and your jaw to soften.

One final time,

Breathe in and out,

Slow and complete and then let your breathing find its natural rhythm.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest,

The air moving easily in and out.

Let that movement remind you of the tide,

Effortless,

Constant,

Soothing.

Now imagine a pool of soft indigo light gathering at the base of your spine.

With every natural exhale,

This light spreads down through your legs and into the earth beneath you,

Carrying with it the weight of the day.

With every inhale,

A cooler,

Cleaner current of energy flows upwards,

Restoring calm to your whole system.

Your body knows this rhythm.

It's the rhythm of release and renewal.

Now,

Turn your attention gently to your head.

Let the muscles of your forehead soften,

Your eyes grow heavy and the space behind them expands.

Allow any leftover thoughts to drift away like clouds across a darkening sky.

Move your awareness slowly downwards.

The neck,

The shoulders,

The chest.

Each area loosens with your breath.

You may feel warmth,

Tingling or a subtle hum as tension melts away.

Now visualize a gentle wave of violet light washing down you from head to toe.

It sweeps away any energetic residue from conversations,

Screens or worries.

With every pass,

Your energy field becomes lighter,

Clearer,

Quieter.

If you notice anything still clinging,

A thought or a memory,

Imagine placing it in a small bubble of light.

Watch it drift upwards into the night sky until it dissolves completely.

You do not need to chase it,

You simply let it go.

As your body grows softer,

A new energy begins to form,

A tranquil blue glow that settles around you like twilight air.

It hums gently,

Syncing with your heartbeat.

With each natural,

Gentle breath,

It deepens,

Cocooning you in calmness.

Feel this peaceful current move through your body,

Down your arms,

Across your chest,

Into your abdomen and hips.

Soothing every single muscle.

It hums through your legs to your feet and then rises again as a cool breeze up your spine.

Every cell begins to exhale.

You may sense the faint scent of night air,

The quiet sound of crickets,

The hush before stars appear.

You are part of that stillness now,

Present yet drifting.

Whisper softly to yourself,

I let go with ease.

My body rests.

My energy resets in peace.

As you continue resting in this calm blue glow,

The music beneath you begins to shimmer with faint whispers.

These words,

Gentle affirmations,

Are recorded in layers to support deep rest.

You won't hear them with your ears.

Rather,

Your subconscious will effortlessly receive them,

Drawing in their message of release and renewal.

Let them flow through you like quiet waves,

Each one carrying you further into peace.

Your mind drifts between wakefulness and sleep,

The body floating in perfect balance.

If you're listening to this before sleep,

Allow yourself to drift into your rest now.

If you prefer to finish awake,

Slowly deepen your breath and feel the surface beneath you again.

Gently reawaken your body by wiggling your fingers and wriggling your toes.
