Find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down where you will not be disturbed.

Take a moment to get fully settled and when you are ready close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Again breathe in and then let the breath fall away.

With each inhale welcome calm and peace into your mind and body.

With each exhale begin to release the noise of the day.

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Your jaw to unclench and your breath to settle into its own natural rhythm.

You are here.

This moment is for you.

Bring your awareness to the base of your spine and to the soles of your feet.

Sense soft golden light gathering there,

The light of your own energy,

Your own essence.

Feel it gently pulsing,

Strong yet peaceful.

With every breath this golden light roots deeper into the earth connecting you to the steady rhythm beneath you.

It's a calm,

Grinding pulse that says you are supported,

You are safe.

Imagine a soft shimmer of awareness expanding around your body,

A sphere of light about an arm's length in every direction.

This is your energetic space,

Your sacred field.

As you rest in this sphere gently ask yourself,

What am I carrying that is not mine?

You may see colours,

Sense shapes or feel subtle sensations.

There's no need to name them,

Simply notice.

You might feel the presence of thoughts,

Emotions or responsibilities that belong to others.

Acknowledge them with compassion and then let them know,

Thank you,

However you can go now.

See,

Sense,

Feel those foreign energies lifting,

Like mist rising from morning fields,

Dissolving into light,

Returning to source.

With each release,

Your own light grows clearer and steadier.

Breathe into that clarity.

Your energy begins to hum again in its natural tone,

The frequency that is uniquely you.

You may feel warmth,

Expansion or relief.

Simply allow whatever you feel.

Visualise a stream of golden light flowing down from above,

Warm,

Clear,

Alive.

It enters gently through your crown,

Weaving through your body,

Filling every cell and space with your true essence.

This is the light of you,

Whole,

Radiant,

Unfiltered.

Let it gather around your heart and expand through your entire energy field,

Restoring harmony and strength.

With every breath,

It becomes steadier,

Brighter,

More grounded in your being.

Repeat silently after me.

My energy is my own.

I return to balance.

I reclaim my light.

Allow these words to ripple outwards,

As though your very breath carries them into every layer of your aura.

Continue resting in this luminous field.

You will not hear them consciously,

However.

Beneath the music,

Gentle affirmations are beginning to flow,

Soothing switchwords guiding your energy home.

Each whisper reinforces your clarity,

Your light,

Your calm.

As you breathe,

Focus only on the music and invite the words layered beneath to move through you like soft waves,

Balancing,

Clearing,

Restoring.

Let yourself receive this light.

Your energy knows how to return.

You are whole.

You are clear.

Now,

Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel the steady rhythm,

Calm,

Grounded,

Peaceful.

Sense the golden light gently condensing around you,

Forming a soft,

Protective glow that stays with you.

Notice the surface beneath your body,

The air around you,

The quietness of the space.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And fully exhale.

You've reclaimed your energy,

Pure,

Balanced,

And entirely your own.

When you are ready,

Begin to stretch,

Perhaps wiggle your fingers and wriggle your toes.

Shift the weight on your hips and stretch your arms and your legs away from you.

Carry the clarity you have received with you as you gently open your eyes,

Awake,

Centred,

And whole.
