Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.
My name is Vivian Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation that was recorded on Sunday,
November the 10th,
A week before Pluto moves into Aquarius for the next 20 years.
This meditation is an energy attunement that begins with a sharing of information,
Context,
And the description from a tarot card for about 8 minutes before we flow into the meditation which will last about 45 minutes.

I am so excited.
I don't even know if I have all the words to share how excited I am about this moment in time.
I feel like this specific attunement is one for the ages.
It is the last attunement we are doing with Pluto in Capricorn and it is ushering us into the energy for Pluto in Aquarius which begins a week from Tuesday and will last for the next 20 years.
The whole mood and vibe and everything of today's attunement is an expression of how much excitement is flowing through me today.
It's pouring rain outside,
Rinsing,
Releasing,
Whatever is ready to let go.
The lights in here are kind of mystical because it's sort of dark outside and so the Buddha behind me is glowing.
She's brilliant in her white and purple and blue radiance.
The music is called Lucid Surrender which is such an invitation to really drop deeply into our own experience of consciousness within.
And the intention grid for today,
The card that I pulled is the Ace of Wands.
It's everything.
If you are not familiar with that card from the Light Seers Tarot,
She is a beautiful goddess looking image.
The whole card is her face.
It's black in the background like the universe is behind her and then her face is just filled with pinks and taupes and there's a little bit of blue tear coming down from her left eye.
Her eyes are closed.
You can see these waves of energy representing the third eye and the crown chakra,
Just circular spiral movements from the top of her eyebrows all the way up to the top of the card.
And there's just so much moving energetically through her awareness.
I placed the card on the plate that I got from my daughter for Christmas last year.
It's a ceramic with a tree and it's like she is the tree as you look at the intention grid as a whole image.
I selected a purple amethyst to direct the energy from source down into her third eye and then there's a little blue green crystal right at the core of her third eye.
That is the activation,
The representation for source as I described the consciousness of our origin.
So the Ace of Wands is our activation for today's grid and it is going to carry us through the next month together,
Which I am so excited about.
So let me read to you the Ace of Wands and then we are going to drop into meditation space together and magic is going to prevail.
Ace of Wands,
In its light,
New ideas,
The seed of potential,
The arrival of inspiration,
Illumination,
Intense creativity,
The mirror-like nature of consciousness,
The interconnectedness of all things,
The ability to manifest anything.
In its shadow,
Feeling uninspired,
Creative blocks,
The mind needing rest,
Unfocused energy resulting in burnout,
A time to bolster your faith in yourself.
This Ace contains all the sparks for all the ideas and they are generating intensely powerful light for you right now.
She is connecting you with the one cosmic mind,
A universe consciousness and her delightfully magical soup that is brimming with colossal creativity.
A flame burns here that is meant for you but it hasn't been put to use yet.
What will you create with this boundless potential?
Stay open to receive inspiration and insight.
You may be shown new information about your divine purpose or soul path or you may even feel compelled to put something completely new into the world.
If it feels good,
It probably is good.
And even though this Ace can only predict the inception of something new,
The inception of something new,
It also suggests that all of the energy to bring this project,
Idea or feeling to a successful completion is available to you.
The mantra is,
I seed my brilliant future with the roots of creativity and inspiration.

All right,
Let us begin.
Go ahead and close your eyes.
I have the sense we're going to go deep today,
So you may fall asleep.
You may go somewhere completely else.
If so,
I will bring you back at the end of our hour together.
You may hear every word and we are co-creating and your soul and my soul are dancing words and images across the time and space realms to each other.
And it is the most fun,
Creative play that we've had in ages.
So trust whatever is meant for you is going to be here for you to receive because you are creating it.
And I am simply the space holder,
The conduit,
The facilitator for whatever our co-creation will be.
All right,
Eyes closed,
Feet firmly on the floor.
My whole body was like,
Get ready for a takeoff.
Ground your energy all the way into your body as you plant your feet on the floor.
Let your feet magnetize,
Call in all of your infinite soul all the way down through to your feet.
Use your breath.
Allow your breath to guide your energy,
Your consciousness into your physical form.
If you have some stagnation or stuck energy or you've been moving through some blocks or resistance,
You might find that there's some physical shifting that's happening as your energy comes into your body.
So like me,
You might cough or yawn,
You might start crying.
You might just feel the heaviness,
The density when our soul is in the body all the way.
If there's a pathway within you to relax as you do that,
Not to force it to happen,
Then the process becomes beautiful and enjoyable.
When we are telling ourselves how to be or what to do,
Or we are forcing the energy to go a certain way,
We naturally create resistance because we really usually don't even like to be told by ourselves what to do.
So can you invite your infinite soul to gently land,
Flow down,
Ease all the way into your human form?
You can visualize,
I just saw a play this weekend,
And if you can visualize like a fairy or a mermaid or a beautiful ballerina who knows how elegant she is and is going to be sitting herself down on the ground with such beauty and flow and elegance,
That's the word I want,
Such elegance.
Imagine your soul comes down into your body with that same precise movement that is elegant,
Captivating.
It's as if you're watching art in motion,
Performance of energy flowing gracefully all the way down into your body.
And that elegant ballerina,
The infinite consciousness expression of light and sound and play and creativity that has no form,
No bound,
No end,
Simply light,
Beauty,
You coming down into your human body.
Imagine that ethereal but permanent,
The eternal,
Ethereal and eternal version of you knows exactly where to land inside of your physical body.
Your consciousness can weave all the way down through your cells,
Your organs,
Your muscles,
Your tendons,
Your nerves,
Your blood,
All the way down through to your feet so that you can fill your entire body up with your awareness,
Your infinite aspect.
You relax your muscles as that happens.
When we watch a ballerina place herself on the stage,
On the ground,
It's elegant and precise and relaxed.
As she lands,
It's soft,
It's not a big thump,
A big awkward bump.
She glides into position.
That is how your soul lands in your body,
Knowing exactly where to go,
All the way down through to your feet.
And imagine the feeling of reunion when the infinite lines up in just the right,
Perfect manner with the physical.
When the infinite soul that knows it belongs in your little toe slides into your little toe,
It's like a big award ceremony happens,
A big celebration because everything is in place.
You can just see your infinite awareness going into every single part of you and being reunited with the physical cells.
Perhaps a good image that will help us when,
I believe,
When the soul arrives in the human baby body while in the womb of the mother,
The gestation period,
The pregnancy is the time when the soul and the body of the baby are merging.
They're getting used to being together,
They're harmonizing.
The soul comes into the physical structure and builds itself,
Forms itself,
And so it knows exactly what part goes with which infinite aspect.
And it celebrates when each little toe or finger is fully formed or when the fingernail grows or when the skin is stretching and expanding and the organs are developing.
The soul celebrates the process,
The progress of the body.
And so your infinite soul knows exactly,
Exactly where to be in your human form.
Even as your cells have been dying and regenerating and you've been growing and expanding and you've grown hair and lost hair and grown hair and lost hair and grown nails and lost nails,
Even with all of the process of death and rebirth that has happened in your physical body,
Your soul knows this body.
Yeah,
So feel the sweetness when the soul is in the body.
Oh,
Did you just feel that in your heart?
Oh,
It's like,
Yes,
Of course.
Of course we know this body,
We chose this body.
And when the soul just weaves and wanders and then lands throughout the human form,
It's so heartwarming,
It's so lovely,
It's so safe.
Like this soul has wandered through this body for your entire lifetime.
Even before that,
When you were pregnant in your mom,
Your soul has wandered through this space.
Imagine if you,
The image I'm seeing is of my cat Jade.
Jade has always lived in this house from three weeks old to a little older than that,
Maybe eight weeks old.
She came to this house and she has not been outside.
She stays in this house and she wanders around from room to room and she'll find when I've moved things and play with them and she'll explore and jump in and out.
She knows this house,
It's her home.
Our soul is like that inside of our body.
It wanders and moves and plays and expands and it pokes and nudges and guides us.
So,
As Pluto completes its time in Capricorn,
And we are at this threshold between what we have known and what is becoming,
What is forming,
What is arriving.
Being in our body is the work,
Is the portal.
Loving this body,
Honoring this body,
Treating this body as the temple for the soul,
Which it is.
This body is going to carry us into the work we are here to do as consciousness continues expanding on this planet.
This is the shift,
The great change that we have heard about for so long.
This is why our souls came here to this planet,
To be alive right now so that we could be in our body,
Know our body,
Love our body.
And the body can hold all that the soul is here to express.
The title of my work is Infinite Embodiment,
Weaving more and more of our infinite consciousness uniquely into our embodiment uniquely.
And so loving the temple,
This home,
This place that we have claimed for our soul to play in,
In this lifetime.
This is the magic,
The gift.
The work,
If we want to say work,
This is the work.
This is the focus,
The priority.
And there's no rushing it or forcing it.
It's like with my cat.
I can try to pick my cat up and walk her to a different room and have her try to do something,
But as soon as I put her down,
She'll run away back to where she wanted to be.
Or she'll jump out of my arms and go in the direction she chooses.
I can't dictate for her what to do because she's independent.
Our soul knows what the harmony is within our body.
We can't rush it or force it or make it do anything.
We simply claim times like this to be fully present.
We develop our practices,
Yoga,
Meditation,
Walking,
Running,
Breath work,
Reiki,
Whatever the modalities are,
We discover the ways that we guide our soul and our body into greater alignment.
The more consistent we are in the practice,
The more relaxed we are about the fact that we are mastering it,
The more peace and calm we find each time we come into whatever our practice is,
The more beautiful this experience becomes.
And as we feel the beauty of being the infinite soul in the human body,
As we feel that,
As we radiate that,
As we walk in that energy,
That knowing that this is the greatest gift possible to be a soul in a human body right now,
On this planet,
During the great change,
What incredible alignment,
What profound gift it is.
Our presence in this gift,
It changes the consciousness on our planet.
Our full awareness that we are living the leading edge in consciousness,
As Esther Hicks would say.
We are the leading edge.
Every one of the eight billion of us are in the experience together in this planet.
How many of us are aware that we are in this moment?
How many of us are standing,
Embodied,
In love with our physical form,
Marveling at the incredibility that this could even happen?
There aren't as many awake or aware as there will be.
And so in this moment,
Knowing that we are aware,
We bring that consciousness everywhere we go,
Into everything we do.
And it awakens those around us so that they remember they're in this incredible moment with us.
There is a beautiful scene in one of the ballets,
I think it's Nutcracker,
That I have seen at my husband's school,
And the one princess or fairy or,
I don't know what all the words but one of the ballerinas,
She goes around the stage and everyone looks like they're sleeping.
And she slowly touches them one by one and they stretch and they move their arms and then they look around and then they're suddenly awake and they stand up and they start to dance with the one who's going around and waking everybody up.
That's the moment we are in,
In humanity right now.
There are many of us who are already tapped into this lucid surrender,
This conscious awareness,
This understanding of being the infinite,
Having an embodied experience.
And we don't have to go tap someone on the shoulder to wake them up.
We simply do our thing.
We dance.
We laugh.
We talk.
We sing.
We share.
We hug.
We garden.
We walk.
We create.
We express.
We are fully ourselves,
Nothing held back.
We are in our bodies,
Marveling at our bodies,
In all of what our bodies are able to do in a physical world,
Like just in love,
In love with our human experience,
Feeling every emotion,
Not judging them or shaming ourselves,
Feeling the emotion,
Going all the way into the emotion and watching as the emotion moves.
This is what children do.
They feel it,
And just as quickly it changes,
And they feel something else,
And just as quickly they get distracted,
And there's some other feeling,
And there's just energy,
Emotion constantly moving and flowing through them.
Ours is a more,
My friend Alicia,
Her album is called Wise Innocence.
Ours is more a wise innocence.
It's not as erratic or unpredictable or uncontrollable,
So we don't need the temper tantrums.
We don't need the disobedience.
Is that the right word?
Children often feel a sense of not having control or not having power because they're young and small,
And they haven't played with power and control yet.
For us who are older,
Wiser,
We understand that we hold our power within our body,
Within our emotions.
If we feel an emotion,
We have the power to choose how far we go into that.
We can allow anger,
Rage to move through and move it,
Not get stuck in it,
Not get caught in it,
Not project it,
Not throw the temper tantrum or destroy anything around us.
We feel the emotion,
And we direct it,
And we move it.
We channel whatever ways we've learned through our practices,
And we come to clarity about where that emotion comes from,
How we can transmute that emotion into something that serves humanity,
That serves this time of great change.
I find emotions channeled into creativity is the fastest alchemy.
When you take something that has you feeling frustrated or anxious,
And you guide that energy into something creative,
Food,
Art,
Whatever it is,
The movement,
The energy becomes force,
It becomes fuel,
The emotion becomes the energy.
And just as quickly,
We've shifted something that perhaps for years or months would have had us looping,
Stuck in fear,
Doubting ourselves.
We alchemize it,
And it becomes life force,
Creativity,
Consciousness in a way that serves the collective,
Which naturally is going to serve us as the conduit of that energy.
So bring your focus all the way into your core of your body,
Your root chakra,
Your second,
Your third chakra.
Feel your spine straight behind you as part of you,
The core foundational pillar of your body,
Through which energy flows up and down the chakras,
The kundalini energy.
Feel your spine straight,
And do a scan of your chakras in your body.
How's your root feeling?
You know the colors of the root,
You know the energy,
The vitality of your root.
Is there anything for you to clear,
Rinse,
Transmute as you bring your attention to it?
Anything that's ready to be released,
You just run it down through your legs to your feet and into the earth,
And then you expand your root chakra.
You allow it to be wider,
Stronger,
Steadier.
Build up with that brilliant red energy moving inside of your root chakra.
Relax your muscles.
It's not a forcing.
It's,
Of course,
Yes,
I am the infinite in the body,
And these energy centers allow me to create my reality around me,
Through me,
And so let's focus on safety,
Security,
Home.
I am home in this body.
I am home in my physical building of home.
I am home on this planet.
Why?
Because I choose to be the infinite in the human body right now,
And when that choice is complete,
I will know,
And I will return to just being the infinite.
For this time,
I am here.
So you relax your body.
You allow your root chakra to expand,
Build up to overflowing with red,
Crystallized energy.
See how your root chakra is connected from the bottom of your root,
So from your sit bones all the way down through your legs to your feet,
Connecting you to the earth.
So see the cord,
The connection,
The channel,
The beams of light,
Whatever way you see yourself connecting to the physical and energetic of our planet.
Root in,
Connect in,
And then just let it be.
So you can see the roots as they hit the ground,
Go deep down into the surface of the earth,
All the way down,
Like the tree roots,
The mycelium roots,
All the way down,
Deep into the energy,
The dirt of our planet,
Holding you steady.
Beautiful.
Relax your body.
So check your root chakra.
Anything else that you need to adjust?
Bring your awareness up into your second chakra.
So following the spinal column,
We're going to use that as our pillar,
Our,
Like I want to say the ironwork,
The structure,
Like we were creating a building.
So bring yourself up into your second chakra,
Your awareness.
Again,
Your second chakra,
Seeing it as orange,
Beautiful shades of orange,
All different shades.
Imagine in the crayon box,
There's so many different versions of orange in the crayons,
And all of those are alive in your second chakra.
You receive and give in so many different ways in your life,
All of the different versions of relationships,
The ways that you share your gifts,
Your wisdom,
The way you learn,
How you create,
All the different ways ebb and flow through your second chakra.
So see your second chakra expanding wider to the side and front and behind you.
It goes beyond your spinal column,
Just like your root chakra.
Anything that is ready to be released,
You run down to your root,
Down to your legs,
And through your feet into the earth,
Handing it over.
And you see your second chakra filled up to overflowing.
Your root chakra is still filled up to overflowing.
You are stacking the chakras,
One on top of each other.
And each one is full,
Abundant,
Alive,
Life force moving through you in a physical way.
If your mind is wanting to understand or put stories or beliefs or words to the energy,
Imagine you can give your mind a little notebook,
A notepad,
And a pen,
And say,
Okay,
Just jot all that down.
And when we are complete with the meditation,
We'll take notes and we'll bring all of that forward.
For now,
We're going to keep the focus on the energy and moving the energy and filling our physical body up with the infinite that is us individually.
So your mind can be super busy and your focus can be here on filling your body up with your own energy.
Your third chakra is stacked on top of your second.
It's a brilliant yellow,
The color of the sun,
Which has so many different shades of yellow.
Right at the place where it connects with the second chakra,
It has yellow and orange merging.
So see how your relationships,
Your creativity,
Your ways of giving and receiving flow energy into your third chakra.
You,
The individual you,
The spark of source that separated from creation and came forth to create new.
You,
Inside of your body.
Perhaps allow yourself to see how much of that you,
You have allowed to show to the world.
How much of your brilliance you have allowed to radiate out through everything that you do.
Not judging yourself,
Just allowing yourself to be aware.
It's like the littlest pin drop of sunlight has been trying to move out through the shutters and the barricade.
And it's been perfect because it wasn't time yet.
We were refining,
We were learning how to trust ourselves,
Our light,
Our magic.
We were waiting for the messages,
The cues of when it would be time.
Here's a nudge,
A ping,
A message across time and space.
It is time to be our brilliant selves.
The great change as many mystics and guides describe it,
It's within ourselves individually first.
We are the great change internally.
The more we trust that and express that and move as that,
It ripples through all of humanity.
And the,
The,
The great change is when all of humanity is shining individual brilliant light fully.
Can you even touch that for a moment?
Can you even touch that for a moment?
Like my whole body lights up when I say that.
What would this world look like?
How radiant would the glow of Gaia Earth be in the universe if every soul in human form was expressing their light,
Their magic,
Their spark of source fully?
We would glow.
It would be like,
I don't even have words.
I have all these images flashing through,
Like the lantern party that they have,
I believe,
In Japan,
The ceremony where all the lanterns are out on the little boats and the whole area is just all filled up.
Or like the movie,
I think it's called Wish,
Where every one of the characters got their wish back and they all started glowing,
Radiating light.
Our subconscious has been receiving messages for quite a while to prepare us.
Because being able to feel the truth of our own brilliance and to become aware of how little of that brilliance we've actually been radiating,
It's hard for our mind to understand without judging.
It's a process for our body to hold that frequency,
That power,
To emanate that light through a very dense physical form.
We have been,
As Richard Rudd says,
We have been mutating.
We have been transforming the form.
We have been getting used to flashes of our brilliance to get us prepared,
To help us study,
To let us calibrate or acclimate to the bigger version that is wanting to move through us,
Express through us.
Your mind is taking so many notes.
Isn't it beautiful?
What a partnership.
The mind,
The body,
The soul,
The heart.
Oh,
Just the most beautiful combination.
So let's allow ourselves a moment of silence.
What a partnership.
The mind,
The body,
The soul,
The heart.
Oh,
Just the most beautiful combination.
So let's allow our third chakra to expand,
To fill up,
To radiate more and more of our own brilliance itself generates from within.
So as you see that yellow light inside of you glowing,
It glows brighter and more as you focus on it.
It's like fanning a flame.
You focus on your brilliance and you become more brilliant.
You allow yourself to see more of your brilliance and then everyone around you starts to see more of your brilliance.
You embody more of your light,
Your magic,
Your knowing that you are source,
An expression of source in the human form,
Just like every other soul here on this planet in a human body.
And when you see yourself as source in this way,
You see everyone around you as source.
And when everyone around you is mirroring source back to you,
You believe more and more that you are source.
The more you believe you are source,
The more you see source in everyone around you.
It is a never-ending hall of mirrors or,
You know,
When you go to the festivals and they have the mirrors that reflect the mirrors that reflect the mirrors.
We start to see source in every single expression everywhere.
And it becomes undeniable that we are that same light.
And the more we see source everywhere in everything,
The more reverence we have for human life,
For human creation,
For the trees,
The plants,
The animals,
The elements.
If every single thing is source reflecting source back to us,
We have to change the way we live because we can't ever harm another.
So in this moment,
Allow yourself to feel more of your own brilliance,
Your own light inside of you than you have before.
Not trying to understand it with your mind,
Just setting the intention.
Not trying to understand it with your mind,
Just setting the intention.
More yellow crystallized light,
Source sunshine inside of your human form.
You in you,
Source in you.
Expanding,
Radiating wider.
Relaxing your body.
Any doubt,
Any fear,
It just runs all the way down through to your feet,
Into the earth.
So you are connected to the earth.
Your root chakra is alive and moving,
Red crystallized energy in your root.
Your second chakra is orange,
Vital,
Brilliant,
Moving.
Stacked on top of that is your third chakra,
Yellow,
Gorgeous sunlight radiating all the way out through you,
Into everything around you.
Which flows us right into our heart chakra.
So perhaps the first awareness would be to see the structure,
The position of your arms in relationship to your heart chakra.
So are your arms cross-folded in front of your chest,
Protecting your heart,
Blocking you from being hurt or from hurting others or from receiving too much love or giving too much love?
If your arms are relaxed down to your side,
Notice if your shoulders are open wide or hunched forward a little bit.
Still protecting,
But not with your arms crossed in front of you.
This is your consciousness,
Your soul showing you your energetic signature,
Your energy,
That's not the right word,
Your energetic impression,
Expression when you move around in your days.
How you show up in the places,
Relationships,
Communities,
Work,
All the things that you do.
And you might notice your arms are down to your side,
Perhaps with your family or they're crossed when you're in the grocery store.
Allow your body,
Your soul to communicate with your mind.
Not because you're doing it wrong or because you have to change anything.
You're just becoming aware so that in the moments you're in different places,
You can choose if you want to continue doing the energy the way you are or if you want to be different.
And it doesn't have to change ever or immediately.
It can be an awareness that you're going to keep your arms crossed in the grocery store for the next few months and then perhaps there will be a day next summer where you walk into the grocery store and you can feel your arms are just open wide,
Like you're running down a hill in the middle of a field and the breeze is on your face and your arms are open wide.
And that's the way you go through the grocery store.
There's never a right or a wrong.
It's an awareness that constantly allows you to choose if you want to keep doing what you're doing or do it differently.
But perhaps your arms are down to your side,
Your back is straight,
Your shoulders are wide open.
Maybe you notice that your chin is kind of lifted up high like you're sort of defensive or you've got a chip on your shoulder that forces your chin up higher.
These are such subtle,
Small impressions.
But you can feel the difference it makes in how you navigate this reality.
So it's not about judging.
It's just curiosity.
Like,
Oh,
Yeah,
I see where I do that.
I just saw myself doing that a little bit.
I see where I do that.
I just saw myself doing that at a lot of my family events.
Like,
I walk in with a chip on my shoulder and my chin up high.
Like,
I'll show you.
And there's a superiority that comes with that that probably doesn't feel good to the people around me.
So now we have the awareness and maybe I can relax my shoulders,
Drop my chin a little bit so I'm looking straight ahead,
Not up at the sky rolling my eyes.
Maybe I can relax the muscles of my heart so that I can laugh a little more.
It's so easy to get trapped in patterns with the people that we spend a lot of time with.
We get used to each other and we expect that this is how you're going to be or act.
And so I'm going to do the same thing that I always do.
And so are you.
And then we spend months or years,
Maybe a whole lifetime trying to figure out how we're going to be.
And we spend months or years,
Maybe a whole lifetime trapped in a cycle of energy that is holding us from our brilliance and holding them from their brilliance.
What I know to be true is that when we shift our energy in any relationship,
In any community,
In any work situation,
The other person has to shift their energy because our energy is different.
The pattern cannot play the way it has because we are different in the way we're showing up.
So you can't change the other person or direct how their energy is going to go or tell them if their energy is right or wrong.
But we can be so aware of our own energy and constantly choose what serves us,
What's best for us,
What feels the most aligned for us.
If I am source living,
Breathing,
Moving here in a human body.
Is this the best expression of source I can contribute?
I think of me and my family,
I'm like,
Yeah,
No,
That's a very pouty bratty version of source that walks into my family space.
This is my extended family I'm talking about.
I think my immediate family,
I'm okay there.
Actually,
You know,
I'm going to name this because perhaps this is a match for you too.
I'm not shining my full brilliance yet in my immediate family.
I still hold back and I can feel in this moment,
Makes me want to cry.
I can feel how much their souls want me to shine,
To just require other people to have sunglasses,
Require other people to have sunglasses on.
Their souls just want me to radiate my light.
No holds back.
And I can just feel how solidly they're by my side as I do that.
I really believe that the people we call in who walk the closest to us,
Who see us in our brilliance,
They only want us to become more brilliant because we only want them to become more brilliant.
We don't want them to shine less.
I want my son,
My daughter to be glowing.
Glowing.
I want them to blow open windows with their brilliance and their light.
And I know they feel the same for me,
So can we trust that for ourselves and for the ones around us?
In this time of Pluto shifting into Aquarius,
It can get wobbly for those who haven't done the work inside of themselves to learn to trust themselves,
To learn what their practices are,
To understand how to harmonize the energy within their physical form.
And so it may get really wobbly on our planet for a lot of people,
Because they're going to be guided through a process of seeing how they don't know their own power yet.
And so they need examples of embodiment.
We need as a humanity those who are brilliant to shine even more brightly and inspire everyone around us.
In the movie Wish,
The one who leads the whole rebellion,
What she wants more than anything is for everyone to have their wish back.
That's why she leads the whole movement.
It's not about her own wish,
You know,
She really wants her wish to come true.
It's that she wants her grandfather to have his wish,
Her mom to have her wish.
And her commitment to do anything to make sure everyone has their wish.
Not just one,
Everyone.
That's what activates everyone remembering.
But we can't do it for anyone.
We can want it for them,
We can be guided by them,
We can't do it for anyone.
We can want it for them,
We can be guided by our desire for all of humanity to wake up.
But the only way everyone is going to wake up is by each of us doing it individually.
Within ourselves.
So feel whatever is happening in your heart chakra.
You might be like me and you're feeling all kinds of feels.
It's okay.
Allow the emotion to move.
You can send it all the way down through to your feet if there's anything to release.
And then open your heart chakra even wider.
See the brilliant green light force that is Gaia Earth.
The brilliance of spring color green,
The deep green of the trees of the forest.
The green of the moss,
The green of the algae in the water.
Life force moving through the human body.
Fill yourself up with green,
Match the color of Gaia green nature.
Bring it alive inside of your heart chakra.
Feel just how wide your heart can be.
Your heart chakra radiates all the way out to the edges of your arms and your fingertips.
As wide as you can hug is as wide as your heart chakra can stretch.
So much bigger than your physical core of your body.
Allow yourself to feel the immensity of your heart.
And then relax your body and allow yourself to come back to what feels comfortable.
This isn't about blowing ourselves open.
It's about stretching our muscles,
Stretching our chakras.
And then coming back to a position that's more than it was before,
But not quite as intense as it was before.
And then coming back to a position that's more than it was before,
But not going to have us wobble and fall over when we leave the meditation.
Feel your feet firmly planted on the ground.
Roots deep down into the earth.
Feel the root connecting all the way into your root chakra.
Wide glowing red with your second chakra right above connected.
Orange glowing movement.
Blowing up into your third brilliant yellow source light in you.
Your unique version of source.
Blowing up into your heart chakra.
Brilliant green radiating love out everywhere you go.
And then bring that energy up into your throat chakra.
Transmute any fear into a brilliant sky blue.
We're going to move through the upper chakras a little more quickly so that we can finish on time.
The core work really was in the grounding,
The base,
The activation through to the heart.
But for now,
I want you to see your throat chakra,
Sky blue,
Clearing out any gunk,
Any fear,
Any doubt that you don't have something amazing to say.
You are a source in a human form,
Walking on this planet,
Observing,
Learning,
Watching,
Growing.
You have a lot to say.
You have a lot to share.
And the frequency that's flowing from the root all the way up through to your throat chakra,
Your frequency,
Is wanted by many to be heard,
To be felt.
The people around you,
They vibrate when you speak to whatever the vibration is that's moving through you.
So trust when you feel guided to speak,
Allow it to flow from your root all the way up through your heart,
Out your throat,
And you won't say wrong words.
You won't make mistakes.
You will speak with truth and love,
And you'll ping awake the people around you.
Bring your awareness from your throat chakra up into your third eye.
This is the Ace of Wands card that we pulled for today.
So see all of that brilliant purple being activated in your third eye.
You've already been seeing and looking the whole time while we've been in this meditation,
But imagine there's an amethyst right at the center of your forehead,
Right inside the middle of your brain.
And it is glowing.
It's like the jewels in the movies,
The superhero movies.
There's the one who has the jewel right in the middle of his third eye,
And now I can't remember what his name is.
But you can visualize it.
It's like a glowing beacon of light that radiates from the core of his third eye.
Vision.
His name is Vision.
And everyone knows that he is who he is because his third eye glows and you can see it.
So imagine your third eye is visible to those of us who are also awake and aware of our own light.
We see your third eye glowing.
We see the purple amethyst radiating in your third eye,
And you see it in us,
And the more we trust how we see it in the people around us,
The more we activate each other.
And then we begin to trust our intuition more than ever before.
So see your third eye chakra filled up,
Radiating purple,
Beautiful,
Brilliant light,
Wider than your head,
Wider than your body.
And then flow,
Connect that into your crown chakra,
Transmuting into white,
Crystallized light from the top of your forehead to as high up into the ethers as you choose to go.
See your connection to source as just this constantly moving field of energy,
White consciousness,
White light,
Crystallized.
Relax your body and let it all just easily be in alignment.
Maybe bring your awareness all the way up to source just to see,
Is there anything for you to know or to be aware of in this moment?
You've been getting messages the entire time and attuning the energy,
But any last nuggets that your soul,
That source would want for you to be aware of as we wrap up here in a minute or two.
The image that I'm seeing is like all of us on this highway that we're traveling that is called this human lifetime.
And as we're traveling on the highway,
There are different signposts of when to get off or which exit to take.
And then when you cross into a new state,
There's the big sign over the state that says,
You've now entered Ohio or whatever state you're going into.
What I see is right above where we're driving now,
There's a big sign that says,
And we are entering Pluto in Aquarius.
You are entering a new state and the highway is jammed with cars,
But we're all moving really,
Really,
Really fast.
But when you cross through into Pluto in Aquarius,
It's like technicolor in the lights.
It's like that state is just somehow different than the state you've been in.
And we don't know yet what that's going to be,
But it's like driving into the amusement park almost,
Like you know you're entering another field of energy,
But you're not sure yet what it is,
But you know it's going to be really incredible.
And that's what I feel my soul showing us,
Like okay,
Things are about to get really vibrant and alive and technicolor.
So we're here.
We're at this moment of crossing in and we can pat ourselves on the back for all the work that we've done to be at this moment in this grounded,
Embodied way that we are with all of these tools and modalities and practices that we've been mastering,
Like we're so ready for this.
We are so in alignment.
We just trust how we are going to move forward.
All right.
So feet firmly on the floor.
Go ahead and keep your eyes closed for just another minute or two.
We are right at the hour,
But I'm just going to give us a couple of minutes to integrate all of this energy.
So bring all of your attention from wherever it's been moving through your body.
Bring it all the way into your root chakra.
We're going to ground ourselves fully in our bodies.
And I want you to,
We're going to open our eyes in a moment,
But keep your gaze focused on just one thing in front of you,
Perhaps on your lap.
Go ahead and open your eyes and allow yourself to take in the physical reality by looking at just one thing.
So I'm holding this crystal in my hand,
And I can feel how everything's a little hazy as I bring my eyes into focus.
So I'm just moving the crystal in my hands.
I'm starting to wiggle my fingers and my feet,
And I can feel my vision.
My vision is coming back into more 3D focus as I do that.
So you can start to expand your view,
Look around the room,
Whatever feels good to you.
The integration always is that both are true.
What you see inside your meditation space,
What your chakra is,
Your vision shows you internally,
Is just as true as what we see with our physical eyes.
Perhaps more true,
Because the physical eyes are somewhat limited in what we can take in.
The physical manifestations are still somewhat limited in what we can build,
Materialize.
So let the two harmonize,
Inner and outer.
It's not either or,
It's both.
Both and in this incredible way that we get to play with it.
Check in with your body.
So I'm noticing I'm really thirsty.
I want to grab my journal and write some things down.
I just want to like snuggle in under a blanket for a moment and just be in this energy.
So trust whatever you need.
Maybe it's sleep,
Maybe it's walking,
Maybe it's dancing.
Whatever you need,
Honor your body.
