For the next five minutes of your life,
I'm going to encourage you to allow yourself to accept yourself.
You may be lying down or sitting up,
But just allow your spine,
Wherever you are,
To really lengthen.
Maybe place your hands on your belly,
Or if more comfortable,
One hand on your belly and one hand on your heart,
And just connect to your breath,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
This connection to you is so important,
And being you is one of the most important things you can do.
So just start by thinking about yourself,
By being thankful for yourself,
For allowing your mind to quieten down,
To imagine that wonderful connection that you have,
To acknowledge that wonderful connection that you have to yourself.
Think about all that is you.
Think about all that you do.
Think about wonderful times you've had,
Struggles that you've overcome.
Say thanks for yourself.
Thanks for all you have,
All your attributes,
All the things that make you,
You.
Take a nice,
Deep breath in,
And allow yourself to celebrate you,
Right here,
Right now,
Your mind nice and clear now,
As you take those nice,
Deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Your time here is so important,
And you can thank yourself for placing importance on yourself.
You can place importance on yourself for acknowledging the need to just be,
To be with yourself,
To acknowledge yourself,
To love yourself,
And to understand that you are enough.
You are all you need to be.
So say thank you to yourself now,
For all that you do,
And breathe in through the nose and out with a nice sigh.
