Good morning and thank you for taking this time for placing importance on yourself and sharing this time with me.
Just start now by finding that comfortable position.
You may still be lying down in bed or sitting up in a chair.
Wherever you are ensure that you feel comfortable safe and secure.
You may have already closed your eyes and that's fine.
But if you haven't just allow yourself to gently close your eyes again.
Let's begin now by you allowing yourself to connect to your breath.
By connecting with that life force itself.
So start by taking three lovely deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
And as you allow yourself now just to get into that gentle rhythm of your breath.
Just take note of how it feels.
Whether you're taking nice deep breaths.
Whether you notice they're a little shallow.
Make no judgment but just allow yourself to relax into that rhythm.
Whatever's right for you today.
You can feel the air filling your lungs bringing in peace and calm with each gentle breath.
Letting the air that you breathe out now just to release any tension any tightness and any residual sleep.
And as you move into this new day you can allow the sleep that you have just left to slowly drift away from you.
As you feel calm and relaxed moving in to this new day.
A day full of possibilities.
A day full of opportunities.
And as you feel so beautifully relaxed now.
I wonder if you could begin by scanning your body from the very top of your head to the very soles of your feet.
Being aware if there are any areas of tightness or tension.
And if you locate any areas of tightness or tension.
I wonder if you could just allow them to let go.
Just imagine them letting go.
Imagine those areas of tightness or tension just dissipating into nothingness.
As you breathe now gently getting into your own rhythm.
You can breathe away any feelings that are not useful or helpful to you.
And as you breathe in you can welcome feelings of calm of peace and serenity.
The more peaceful you become the more the morning energy refreshes you.
Allow yourself to welcome in that energy.
That morning energy thanking the world for this.
And at the same time allowing yourself now to radiate that love out into the world.
Opening your consciousness and tapping into the greater universal energy of life.
As you bathe in these refreshing morning feelings.
Imagine yourself getting lighter and lighter.
Full of bright energy that migrates over your face to create the most wonderful smile.
Feel yourself smiling to the world and it's smiling back.
