My name is Roni and today we'll be doing breath of fire which is rapid exhales through the nose and alkaline breathing which is in through the nose and out through the mouth.
We'll be completing three rounds followed by a 54 second breath hold after each round.
So get in a comfortable seated position,
Relax your body,
Set an intention for our practice and let's vibe together now.
Breath of fire.
Rapid exhales through the nose.
Alkaline breathing.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
In through the mouth,
Out through the mouth.

Inhale fully and hold the breath.
Now exhale into a 54 second breath hold.
Allow yourself to enjoy the relaxed state.
No breath is needed.
