VibeShifter,

To today's grounding breathwork session.

My name is Roni and today I'll be guiding us through a journey into stillness.

The goal of this practice is to concentrate on the breath to quiet the mind in order to find stillness within.

So I invite you to get into a comfortable seated position or if you want to lie down and we'll be practicing three different breaths today.

The first is alternate nostril breathing,

The second is straw breath,

And the third is coherent breath.

All you have to do is follow my flow,

Listen to my cues,

And allow yourself to enter a journey of inner peace.

Allow the vibrations of the music of the handpan that I'm playing to relax you,

To enter your heart,

And we're going to get ready to begin with alternate nostril breathing.

For this breath,

Take your right thumb and plug your right nostril.

You can have your index finger and your middle finger resting on your third eye.

We're going to use our ring finger to plug the left nostril.

First we're going to breathe in through the left nostril,

Plug the left nostril,

And exhale out the right.

In through the right,

Plug the right,

And exhale out the left.

Again,

In through the left,

Plug the left,

Exhale out the right.

And just continue this pattern for a couple minutes,

Concentrating on the breath,

Breathing deep into the belly and softening on the exhale.

And now you can relax your right hand back down to your lap.

Take a deep breath in through both nostrils and exhale.

Again,

Breathe in and let it out with a sigh.

Now we're going to do some straw breath.

For this breath,

We're going to inhale and exhale out the mouth,

Just like you're breathing in through a straw.

So we're going to start with an exhale,

Going very,

Very slow.

Exhale all the air out.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Continue with this breath for another few minutes,

Allowing the breath to relax every part of your body.

Send your exhale into areas of the body where you feel tension.

Just find peace in the simplicity of listening to the sound of your breath.

You can now let go of straw breath.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and out with a sigh.

Another one like that.

In and out with a sigh.

And now we're going to do some coherent breathing.

This is a breath going in for five seconds and out for five seconds.

A perfect,

Balanced breath to bring you into balance.

So we're going to start with an exhale,

Letting all the air out.
