This breath work is for you.
We'll be
practicing the 4-7-8 breathing method,
Where we inhale through the nose for 4
seconds,
Hold the breath for 7 seconds,
And exhale for 8 seconds through
pursed lips.
As you get in a comfortable seated position or lying down if you
wish to fall asleep,
Allow the beautiful melodies of the
handpan I'm playing to relax you and the sound of my breath to guide you.
