Welcome,
Beautiful soul.
Find a comfortable place lying down.
Allow your body to really arrive in the space now.
Let yourself melt into the surface beneath you and feel the earth holding you,
Knowing you are safe,
Protected,
Guided and supported.
Now gently close your eyes and let the world around you fade.
Take a beautiful inhale through the nose and exhale out the mouth.
Now consciously release the tension of your jaw,
Soften your shoulders,
Let your belly loosen and allow any part of your body holding tightness to let go.
Take another inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Let's just take a moment to set our intention for this evening.
Whatever arises is perfect.
Hold it in your heart space.
Take a slow breath in and a soft,
Gentle breath out.
Now imagine the light of the day slowly dimming around you as if you are stepping into a quiet twilight field,
A place that exists just beyond your daily life,
Just beneath the surface of your thoughts,
A sanctuary woven from dusk.
The air is cool and soft,
Holding the faint scent of earth and something sweet,
Like jasmine drifting through an evening breeze.
The sky above you is painted with shades of deep blue and fading gold,
The last traces of daylight dissolving into the horizon.
As you stand in this field,
You feel a warm glow emerging behind you,
As though the sun is giving you one final goodbye,
A gentle blessing before sinking fully into night.
With every breath the colors around you soften,
Blurring into one another like a watercolor sky melting into stillness.
A narrow path appears beneath your feet,
Lit by small floating lights gently flickering,
Like tiny stars resting just above the grass.
They guide you forward,
Inviting you to walk deeper into the evening.
You take a slow step and feel the ground steady beneath you,
Soft,
Cool,
Supportive.
With each movement your body lets go a little bit more,
Until the day begins to feel distant,
As though it is unraveling from your shoulders,
Drifting away behind you.
The path widens,
Opening into a quiet clearing.
Here the air becomes warmer,
Softer,
Almost velvety,
As if the night is wrapping its arms around you,
Welcoming you into its embrace.
A large ancient tree stands in the center,
Its branches stretching wide,
Holding lantern-like blossoms that glow with a soft amber light.
The light pulses gently,
As if breathing with you,
In and out,
In and out.
You move towards the tree,
Drawn to its steady presence,
Its wisdom,
Its warmth.
Beneath it lies a woven blanket of fallen petals,
A natural resting place the night has prepared just for you.
As you lower yourself into the soft bed,
You feel an immediate release in your chest,
Your chest loosening,
Your shoulders softening,
Your breath deepening.
The tree's warm amber light settles around you,
Forming a gentle cocoon,
Not closing you in,
But holding you,
As if saying you can rest now,
You've done enough,
You are enough.
Let the light move through you,
Slow waves of warmth washing over your face,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your belly,
Your legs,
Down to your feet.
With each wave,
A part of the day dissolves,
Unwinding,
Unraveling,
Loosening its grip,
And falling away like leaves carried by an evening breeze.
Feel the night absorbing everything you do not need to carry,
Quietly,
Without effort,
Without judgment.
Above you,
The blossoms glow brighter,
Casting gentle patterns of gold across your skin.
Beneath their warmth,
And feel your inner world settling,
Aligning,
Becoming quiet.
Stay here in this glow,
Held,
Resting,
Supported,
As the last of your day echoes,
Softly,
Into silence.
When you feel ready,
Begin to let the image fade,
Knowing you can always return to this twilight sanctuary,
Anytime your heart needs a place of softness.
Take a beautiful,
Deep inhale into your belly,
And a soft,
Gentle exhale,
And another beautiful inhale into your belly,
And a gentle exhale.
Begin to bring your awareness back into your physical body,
And slowly invite some movement into your fingers,
Your toes,
Your wrists,
Your ankles,
Gently moving your neck side to side,
Slowly,
Softly.
If it feels good,
Draw your knees in towards your chest and give yourself a hug,
Or take this beautiful stretch,
Opening your body with ease.
Take one final,
Deep inhale,
Hold it softly,
And exhale slowly,
Letting everything settle inside you.
Carry the softness with you for the rest of your evening.
Remember,
You are loved unconditionally,
You are worthy,
You are beautiful.
Thank you for going on this magical journey with me.
I feel you,
I see you,
I hear you,
And I honor you.
It's a blessing to share this space with you.
