It's not about ticking a box.
It's about remembering that you can return to calm,
To presence,
To yourself anytime you need to.
As you breathe,
Reflect gently on what's felt supportive over these days.
Not what you think you should take with you but what actually helped.
Maybe it was permission.
Maybe it was slowing down.
Maybe it was realizing you don't need to have it all figured out.
Let that be enough.
You don't need to carry everything forward.
Just one small thing is plenty.
Take one last slow breath in and let it go.
As we close,
Let this reminder land softly.
You can begin again whenever you need to.
Return to any of these practices whenever life feels full,
Noisy or overwhelming.
This reset isn't something you complete.
It's something you come back to.
