Welcome.

This is Namah.

Before we begin,

You might want to place something in front of you that inspires you.

A cherished photo,

A glowing candle,

Or an altar adorned with meaning.

Or perhaps,

Simply step outside.

Sit with the sky,

A tree,

The wind,

Or the open earth.

Take a moment to arrive.

Now,

Slowly come into Vajrasana,

The thunderbolt pose.

Seated on your heels,

Spine tall and relaxed.

Bring your hands together at your heart in Anjali Mudra.

And softly close your eyes.

Take a full inhale through the nose.

Feel it fill you with fresh energy.

Open the mouth and exhale completely.

A letting go breath.

Notice the natural release on the exhale.

Now,

Gently bow your head toward your heart.

As you bow,

Inwardly whisper the mantra Namah.

Let the bow become a gesture of humility.

Of quiet reverence.

A surrender,

Not of weakness,

But of trust.

Let go of all effort.

Let go of the need to hold it all together.

Slowly return to upright sitting.

Notice the breath as it moves through you.

No need to change it,

Just feel it.

Each inhale,

A gift from the divine.

Each exhale,

A letting go.

Contemplate quietly.

I am not the doer.

I am the witness consciousness.

Feel yourself as spacious awareness.

The one that sees without effort.

Who remains steady as thoughts,

Feelings and sensations come and go.

Nothing to hold,

Nothing to resist.

Repeat softly within Namah.

Namah Namah Now,

Visualize a setting sun.

Notice how it slowly sinks into the horizon.

Effortless,

Unhurried,

Without resistance.

It doesn't cling to its brightness.

It simply fades,

Trusting the rhythm of what comes next.

It simply surrenders.

This is Namah.

Let yourself follow that same rhythm.

Feel your breath gently rise and fall.

Easy,

Natural,

Steady.

Silently repeat.

Everything I cling to is impermanent.

I release it with love.

Repeat once more.

Everything I cling to is impermanent.

I release it with love.

Allow the weight on your shoulders melt away.

Let your hands rest softly with no effort.

Soften your face,

Your jaw,

The back of your neck.

And let your whole body loosen,

Like autumn leaves drifting from the trees.

Carried by the breath,

Let it all go.

Surrender to the Divine.

Now simply be.

There is no goal,

Nowhere to get to,

Nothing to fix or figure out.

Just rest here.

In this quiet spaciousness,

The still point within.

When you're ready,

Bring your hands once again to your heart in Anjali Mudra.

Feel the warmth there,

The quiet presence of your own being.

Bow gently.

Namaste.

I bow to the Divine Light in you that shines also within me.

Www.

Mooji.

Vishali is seems very natural when she teaches. Her content is authentic and impactful. I do not meditate often but when I do, I look for Vishali’s sessions. I am grateful she is teaching on Insight Timer so I have access to her sessions as I need them.
