At first, this might feel a bit silly or unnatural, but with time, patience, and persistence, this practice will benefit you physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. I started practicing this chant in early morning Sadhna class at a local yoga studio here in Birmingham, Alabama, and this chant stuck with me. I hope that you regularly practice this chant along with others to strengthen your throat chakra and expand your auric field. Namaste.
