Those that are working with an oil,
We're gonna put a little bit on the left palm of the hand.
We use the left side of the body because it is our feminine,
Is the receptive side.
And the palm just like the sole of the foot is a really powerful energy center like a vacuum that will receive both the biochemical and the alchemical aspect of the aromatic.
And go ahead and just rub your hands together to activate the oil as you call in the clarity of your intention right here right now through the holiness of this moment.
And go ahead and take a breath in through the nose.
We're going to move through a parasympathetic breath activation.
Very simple.
We're going to breathe in through the nose to the count of four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And then exhale through the mouth to the count of six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And go ahead and breathe again the oil upon your hands as you are anchoring your intention.
Where are you called to deepen your embodied experience of faith and above trust in yourself in the earth below and surrender to let go into let grace to claim thy will is done.
So two or three more breaths like this in through the nose to the count of four,

One.
And then longer,
Slower exhalation through the mouth to the count of six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Knowing that your intention is anchoring through the systems and structures of your brain,
Blood,
Bone,
Marrow,
Your bloodlines.
And now just letting your breath become more rhythmic.
Just feel into your unique rhythm.
Go ahead and place your right hand on your lower belly just to bring your awareness here to draw the breath in from this part of your body.
And just notice how your body feels now compared to when you stepped into the sacred space.
Bring your awareness to your Dantian about an inch and a half below your navel to the single note or frequency that holds you in the perfection of form that you are.
Envisioning your Dantian pulsating with golden amber light.
Inviting your consciousness to be fully here now.

Body softens.
Feel your feet on the floor,

Or feel yourself held.

Surface is holding you so you can deepen your relaxation.
And as you draw your breath now into the lower belly,
Just bring your awareness to come into the womb chakra.
This energy center is etheric and is held in every human being,
Regardless of gender or physical womb presence.
You may vision this as a lotus,
A rose,
Or even as an artichoke.
It's coming in to receive your breath in this creation center held deep within.
And you may feel energy begin to move,

As latent energy channels begin to reawaken and reconnect within you.

Allow this center held deep within to reveal you as a temple,
A palace.
And as you bring your awareness more fully into this space,
You begin to notice opalescent light illuminating the walls of a palace with sacred,

A gentle fire with sweet aromas of spice,

As you breathe in deeply through the mouth,
