Tonight's meditation is going to be on crumbling.
And in order to take those next steps along our path of self-mastery and transformation and ultimately the alignment and the expression of our soul purpose,
Everything else from the beliefs and images and patterns and emotions and thoughts has to crumble and be lifted away.
And so tonight our essential oil is going to be vetiver.
And even though vetiver is more of a grasp and that the oil is distilled from the roots of it,
It has a very deeply grounding ability.
It has the ability to bring balance to us.
So if we're too hot,
It can cool.
If we're too cool,
It can warm.
And in this case,
Because it has such an affinity for our earth connection,
It can come into those places within ourselves,
Within our physical physicality,
Within our belief system and start to break apart any calcification of energy of those old templates and mental constructs that just aren't going to serve us as we move forward to claiming our greatness.
Vetiver also has that ability to support us to sink more deeply into the safety and trust of mother earth.
So if you have vetiver,

Our crystal alchemy tonight is black tourmaline.
And this deeply grounding stone has that wonderful ability to break up those old patterns,
Not just within our body,
But our cellular consciousness and then holographically through our auric field.
And this is such a powerhouse of a stone.
It does that in the same manner through the earth,
Right?
Because if we think of all of the distortion that's held in the collective consciousness of the planet,
It's also held within the earth,
Within the soil,
Just like it's held within ourselves,
Right?
Which are our own soil of growth and vitality.
So if you don't have the black tourmaline,
That's okay,
You can have whatever crystal you'd like to work with this evening.
And for both,
We're going to call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of each one and be working with the frequency of the plant and the mineral.
So take a deep breath in.
You're inhaling in a while.
You're inviting the aromatic molecules to penetrate and permeate into your bloodstream,
Into your brain,
Into your cells,
Into each layer of the field and the chakras to open your being,
Open the frequency of receptivity for the healing today.
And we're creating a new circuit of light in this manner,
As well as a new memory cell that will be held through our brain and also through the entirety of each of the trillions of cells that we have in our body.
And so as you're breathing in,
You're also inviting these aromatic molecules to intertwine with your intention because they're so malleable to intention and frequency and vibration.
So inviting the clarity of your intention and bringing the focus of your breath to the dantian point,
About an inch and a half below your navel,
That single note that holds you in the grand perfection that you are in this physical form,
Perfectly imperfect and beautiful and handsome.
Bringing the fullness of your breath to ease in and out with great ease.
Inviting the frequency of great ease into your body through your breath,
Ease,
Grace,
Flow.
Now envisioning a golden line of light to drop down from the very center of your dantian down through the root chakra,
Down through each leg,
Out through the soles of each of your feet.
All three lines of light converging out the earth star chakra and sink,
Effortlessly moving down deeper into the earth,
Feeling your root open like a many thousand-petaled lotus,
Receiving the primal life force of Mother Gaia,

Enveloping you in protection,
Allowing your consciousness now to sink into the very center of the earth,

A large sacred fire is ablaze.
Healthy and smoky aromas deepen your trance-like breath until each cell throughout your being through all time and no time,
All dimensions,
All realities beats synchronistically with the heart of Mother Earth.
Into the fire.
This all of the parts hidden in shadow,
In distortion,
Disharmony,
Dishonesty,
Disheartenment,
Distrust,
Destruction,
Separation,
Constriction,
Control,
Cancer.
What is it within you that must be dismantled,
Crumbled for you to emerge in greater authenticity of self,
Claiming your truth,
Your greatness and your light?
Place it all into the sacred fire of transfiguration where it returns to you as light.
Breathe as your body and non-physical bodies recalibrate from the frequency of the crystalline structures emanating their light to you,
Through you,
To your bone,
Your blood,
Your marrow,
Awakening the divine consciousness within you.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and vital life force of black tourmaline,
Black fur,
And vetiver.
Anchor and actualize your vibration and medicine throughout each and every layer level particle,
Structure,
Cell,
The DNA,
The bloodlines at a potency of 10 mm now.

As we offer our prayers and blessing for the earth,
You may notice ancient ancestors surrounding our group in collective honouring of our earth mother,

Our sacred vessel and sanctuary of awakening,

We offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life,
That all kingdoms of life may remember the spark of divinity and sovereignty that unites us as one.
