This meditation was created from my own personal need to let go sometimes. There are times when we can get stuck in the past and ruminate about events that we cannot change. With a gentle visualization and the use of a mantra, this meditation offers listeners the opportunity to release what is no longer serving them. By letting go, we create space for love, for peace, and for joy. This track is a simple reminder that we are so much more than our thoughts – we are love and light. Thank you for listening! There are times when we find ourselves stuck in a thought pattern or a loop.

Perhaps something has happened to send us spiraling and we find ourselves replaying events in our minds.

Events that we cannot change.

It could be any situation,

An argument,

A conversation.

Maybe we have regret for a particular response or behavior.

Whatever it is,

It echoes in our minds,

Making it feel impossible to let it go.

We find ourselves dwelling in the past.

We logically understand that we cannot change the past,

But sometimes our ego gets stuck there and in doing so it dims our beautiful light.

This meditation is meant to help you move through these moments,

Ground you into the present,

And illuminate your being with calm and grace.

Thank you for being here.

I am Adriana and I will be your meditation guide.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position.

Settle in and simply feel the surface beneath you,

Supporting you.

Now,

Ever so gently,

Take a long mindful breath in through your nose.

Do this slowly and feel the air reaching deep within you.

Hold this breath at the top for just a moment and then release it.

Again,

Take a long slow deep breath in through your nose,

This time to the count of four.

Hold this breath at the top and then exhale slowly through your mouth to the count of eight.

Feel your breath cleansing you,

Filling you with peace,

And as you exhale,

Imagine you are releasing any tension you carried with you into this moment.

Continue to breathe in this way for several breaths at your own pace and with the intention of slowing down your body and your mind.

Feel yourself settling in deeper and deeper.

Begin to breathe at your natural pace.

Take a moment to observe your physical body.

Breathe into any areas that feel tense.

Imagine your breath as a warm healing sensation that comforts you from the inside out,

Gently soothing each part of you.

Feel yourself melting into the surface that holds you.

Feel the gravity of the earth softly pulling you,

A gentle force that reminds you that you are safe,

You are held,

You are grounded in this moment.

In this moment,

There is nothing to fix,

Nothing to do but to simply be here now.

With your body and mind feeling calm,

Set the intention for this meditation.

Silently say,

I set the intention to release what no longer serves me.

Feel those words echo in your mind,

I release what no longer serves me.

Now I would like you to imagine a beautiful golden light above you,

Enveloping you.

This light is warm and calming.

The light grows brighter with each breath you take.

You are one with this light.

Feel its warmth as if you are basking in the rays of the sun.

This light not only fills you with feelings of peace and safety,

But it can also draw from you whatever needs to be released.

Take a few moments to observe any thoughts,

Feelings or sensations that you would like to let go of.

Simply observe any thoughts that are no longer serving your highest good.

Without judgment,

Without analysis and without getting swept away.

Simply allow those thoughts to flow through you and into the light.

Watch them as they go.

You can thank them for trying to protect you and release them with love.

Now,

Bathed in this golden light,

We will take this practice even deeper.

I would like you to sit with your breath for a few moments,

Allowing the feelings of letting go to sink in.

By letting go,

You create space for peace,

For joy,

For love.

For the next few minutes,

Repeat the mantra OM NAMAH SHIVAYA.

This is a powerful mantra that represents transformation,

Surrender of ego and cosmic consciousness to help you let go of what no longer supports you.

OM NAMAH SHIVAYA Simply sit in stillness and repeat OM NAMAH SHIVAYA.

Thoughts will float in and that's okay.

Simply greet them with your breath and return to the mantra OM NAMAH SHIVAYA until you hear my voice once again.

OM NAMAH SHIVAYA Rest for a moment with the spaciousness that you have just created within you.

Gently take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Take another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Still held by this radiant golden light,

Feel a sense of love wash over you.

You are the light.

Carry this deep sense of love with you into your day,

Knowing you are so much more than your thoughts.

You are an instrument of love and light.

OM NAMAH SHIVAYA Throughout your day,

If you feel any thoughts of the past pulling you out of the present,

Simply whisper to yourself OM NAMAH SHIVAYA and remember your truth.

When you feel ready,

Open your eyes,

Or you may rest in this place of peace for as long as you'd like.

Either way,

I thank you for being here.

I'm sending you love and light.

Namaste

This meditation hit me so hard… very much left me with both a sense of how far I’ve come, but also with a knowledge of what must be done to propel myself forward. Thank you beautiful friend! 🙏
