Close your eyes and become aware of your breath.
Breathe in and exhale three times.
Relax your whole body.
Starting with your feet,
Your legs.
Go up to your hips.
Relaxing more and more.
Every part of your body is going to be relaxed.
Continue with your chest,
Then your arms,
Your hands.
Relax your shoulders and leave your burdens aside.
Feel your throat,
Your neck and continue to relax your mouth.
Relax the muscles in your face,
Your cheeks,
Your eyes,
Your forehead and your scalp.
Your body is completely relaxed now.
Inhale and exhale.
You can feel your whole body in relaxation.
Free yourself from negative opinions that poses an obstacle.
Free yourself from your own burdens and others.
Free yourself from hatred.
I free myself from my insecurity.
From the toxic things that prevent me from making progress.
There's no room in your mind or body for those opinions.
They are useless.
Get rid of them.
Breathe deeply in.
What do you feel?
Feel your breath getting in and out.
Notice how it flows.
Connect with your inner self.
Connect with what you are.
Your strength.
Your light.
Your security.
Repeat with me.
I am light.
I want to make progress.
I want to be free.
I want to feel light.
I can do it.
I am capable.
I free myself from negative potential.
And I open myself to new possibilities.
I free myself from everything here and now.
Today I am.
Slowly inhale and exhale again.
Whenever you feel like it,
Open your eyes again.
