Get yourself into a comfortable position.

You can be sitting down or lying down.

You can have your eyes closed or just a low gaze or even have your eyes open.

Just wherever you are,

Give yourself a moment to just feel into your body.

Then rub your hands together.

Rub your hands together fast enough so that you feel the heat and when you feel that heat know it's your energy.

Slow it down,

Bring your hands into a prayer position.

Bring your prayer up to your fingertips,

Lightly touch your space just in between your eyebrows.

Close your eyes and take a deep inhale.

Inhale,

Filling up your belly,

Filling up your lungs all the way to the top.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Inhale,

Filling up your belly,

Filling up your lungs,

Adding a little bit of pressure on your fingertips.

Exhale,

Let it go,

Go,

Go,

Go,

Go and then slowly,

Gently,

Flutter your eyes open and welcome back.
