Welcome.

My name is Ale Garnica and I want to thank you for being here and sharing this space with me.

With this practice we will reflect on the unique gifts each of your relationships brings into your life.

By exploring how these gifts fulfill your wants and needs,

You can nurture a sense of gratitude for the love,

Care and connection that already surrounds you.

I invite you to close your eyes.

Make sure that your spine is straight.

I like to imagine that something or someone is pulling me up from the crown of my head.

And while your spine is straight,

Make sure that your shoulders,

Your torso are completely relaxed.

And to relax even deeper,

We're going to use the help of our breath.

Let's take three deep breaths together.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Now observe if your posture changed.

Notice if your body is more relaxed.

If any tension has gone away.

Let's take a few moments to stay in complete silence.

Notice the calmness and the peace that your inner silence provides.

Such a beautiful space that is available for you at any time you want.

We are going to explore how each of your relationships in their own way are a source of unconditional love.

I want to invite you to think about the source of inspiration.

And when you think about inspiration,

Who is the first person that comes to mind?

Imagine that this person is standing in front of you.

You are looking at them in their eyes.

And in a grateful,

Loving way,

Tell them the following.

You are a source of inspiration for me.

I feel deeply grateful for who you are and all that you do,

As it impacts me in ways you may not even realize.

And for that,

I feel profoundly thankful.

I treasure your presence in my life.

And I will do my best to nurture and care for the bond we share.

Now I invite you to think about the source of support.

And when you think about support,

Who is the first person that comes to mind?

Now imagine that they are standing in front of you.

And in a loving way,

Tell them the following.

You are a source of support for me.

I feel deeply grateful for who you are and all that you do,

As it impacts me in ways you may not even realize.

For that,

I feel profoundly thankful.

I treasure your presence in my life.

And I will do my best to nurture and care for the bond we share.

Now think about the source of recognition.

Who is that person that gives you recognition?

Imagine that they are standing in front of you.

And you're looking straight into their eyes.

And in a grateful way,

Tell them the following.

You are a source of recognition for me.

I feel deeply grateful for who you are and all that you do for me to feel seen and recognized.

It impacts me in ways you may not even realize.

And for that,

I feel profoundly thankful.

I treasure your presence in my life.

And I will do my best to nurture and care for the bond we share.

Now it's time to think about the source of knowledge.

When you think about knowledge and wisdom,

Who is the person that comes to mind?

Picture them standing right in front of you.

And while looking at them in their eyes,

Tell them,

You are a source of knowledge for me.

I feel deeply grateful for who you are and for all the wisdom you have shared with me.

It impacts me in ways you may not even realize.

And for that,

I feel deeply grateful.

I treasure your presence in my life.

And I will do my best to nurture and care for the bond we share.

Now think about the source of understanding.

Who is the person that gives you understanding?

Imagine that they are standing in front of you.

And in a loving way,

Tell them,

You are a source of understanding for me.

I feel deeply grateful for who you are and for fully accepting and understanding who I am.

It impacts me in ways you may not even realize.

For that,

I feel profoundly thankful.

I treasure your presence in my life.

And I will do my best to nurture and care for the bond we share.

When you think about the source of understanding,

Think about the source of affection.

Who is the first person that comes to mind?

Who is that person that is constantly giving you their affection through words,

Touch,

Gifts?

Imagine that they are standing in front of you.

And in a grateful,

Loving way,

Tell them,

You are a source of affection for me.

I feel deeply grateful for how you show your love and care towards me.

It impacts me in ways you may not even realize.

And I will do my best to nurture and care for the bond we share.

For that,

I feel profoundly thankful.

I treasure your presence in my life.

And I will do my best to nurture and care for the bond we share.

And now,

Think about the source of pleasure.

And pleasure could be in any form or shape.

Think about the joy that you get from life.

And when you think about this,

When you think about pleasure and joy,

Who is the first person that comes to mind?

Imagine that they are standing in front of you.

And while looking up at them into their eyes,

Tell them the following,

You are a source of pleasure for me.

I feel deeply grateful for who you are and the things you do for me to enjoy life.

It impacts me in ways you may not even realize.

And for that,

I feel profoundly thankful.

I treasure your presence in my life.

And I will do my best to nurture and care for the bond we share.

I invite you to take a few moments to offer gratitude towards yourself.

To feel thankful for showing up today.

And for all those sources of love that you provide to yourself.

For those moments when you have inspired,

Recognized,

And supported yourself.

For those moments when you have been inspired,

Have looked for information,

For knowledge to understand things better.

For the affection that you give to yourself.

For the understanding.

And for the many ways you create joy in life.

And if while reviewing all these sources of love,

There wasn't a person that came to your mind,

It's okay.

Just think about how you can provide that for yourself.

Or how you can find a relationship that provides that.

Let's close this practice by taking three deep breaths.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

And one more.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

And when you are ready,

At your own pace,

Open your eyes.

Thank you for being here today.

I will see you next time.
