Hi dear one,
Today we're going to have a slow moment together.
Find a comfortable position,
Whether you're sitting cross-legged on the ground or sitting on a chair or perhaps laying down on a couch or on your bed.
It doesn't matter as long as you're comfortable.
And when you're ready,
You can close your eyes.
And as you're closing your eyes in this comfortable position,
Start taking deep breaths and try to focus on taking them in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Even try to get that ah sound on the big,
Big exhale.
Let everything go for now.
For now,
It's only you here.
You are here with yourself because you cherish a slow moment to yourself.
It's in these slow moments when we have the time to speak with ourselves that we find the truth our heart speaks.
And as you're sitting here taking deep inhale through your nose and ah exhale through your mouth,
What does a slow kind of living feel like to you?
Are there things that don't have a deadline or a deadline that is self-imposed that you can move?
Are you prioritizing right now what it is that's most important to you?
Keep taking deep breaths.
Are you juggling as many things as you would like at the moment?
Or is there perhaps one thing that you could put down?
Often we end up feeling slightly overwhelmed and a bit more in a rush than we would like to and we're longing for this slow life.
The life where we are waking up on a farm,
Feeding the chickens,
Tending the flowers.
How many of us haven't had that dream of that farm life?
But often is much closer than we think,
That slow life.
What if today you moved one deadline or put down one ball or prioritize something that was truly important to you?
How would that feel?
Take another two deep breaths in and exhale out through the mouth.
Start moving your hands and feet,
Maybe stretch a little,
Sit up straight and you can now open your eyes.
Welcome back into your slow life.
