Music Hello wonderful people and welcome to this Affirmation Meditation.
An Affirmation is a strong positive statement that enables us to rewire our brains positively.
When we sit in meditation we are able to train our subconscious mind to be stronger,
More positive and more powerful.
By practicing Affirmations on a regular basis can help us live life to the full and on our own terms.
Neuroscientist Dr.
Joe Dispenza explains how powerful our thoughts are.
He said,
Every time we have a thought we make a chemical,
If we have good elevated thoughts we make chemicals that make us feel good,
And if we have negative thoughts we create chemicals that make us feel exactly the way we are thinking.
In that case Affirmations are a fantastic tool to help us feel positive when you are powered.
So let's get started.
If you haven't already sit or lie down.
Gently close your eyes.
Now begin to breathe slowly in and out of the nose.
Now in two three four and out two three four.
Slowly in again three four and out two three four.
Let's do one more slow breath in two three four and out two three four.
I'll now read 11 Affirmations.
If you repeat them in your head or out loud three times and then sit with the words.
How does each affirmation make you feel?
Affirmation number one.

So again repeat those words three times either in your head or out loud and sit with the words.
Think about how they make you feel.

It's really important when you say these affirmations either in your head or out loud to really say it in a passionate way with a real intention behind the words.

I am loving and kind in all that I do.

Sit and think about what it means to be loving and kind in all that you do.
What does it mean to you?
Affirmation number five.
I am grateful for the loved ones in my life.

So sit and gratitude for a few moments about those loved ones.
Affirmation six.
I seek growth and learning in every day.
I seek growth and learning in every day.
Every day is filled with passion when we look for growth and learning.
Affirmation number seven.
I look for the positives in every situation.
I look for the positives in every situation.
This is a fantastic affirmation to take into your day.
Train yourselves to look for the positive in every situation no matter how hard that might be.

I love myself and others unconditionally.

Abundance flows through me and to me.

I embrace life to its full.

We will only ever get this body once so why not allow yourself to embrace life to the full.
