We're going to do something that you can do while you're in the car.
You can do this while you're on an airplane,

But when you're ready,
I want you to sit up as straight as possible.
We need to breathe with good mechanics today,
Taking the breath deep down into the belly.
And when I do this protocol,
I find that it helps to have both hands on the steering wheel.
So we're going to be alert,
Keeping our eyes on the road.
And when you're ready,
We can start by breathing gently in and out through the nose,
Taking the inhale deep down into the belly,
Feeling the air exit through the nostrils on the way out for the exhale.
And I want you to inhale for a count of 10,
