I love my body.

I am grateful for my body.

I do my best to take care of my body and it takes care of me in return.

I trust my body.

I listen to my body.

I love my body as it is today.

I am confident in my body.

I release any judgment of my body as it no longer serves me.

I love and accept my imperfections.

I am grateful for all my body has allowed me to do and allows me to continue to do.

I am perfectly imperfect.

My imperfections make me beautiful.

I love my body and myself.
