In this track I take you on a guided journey that encourages you to ground, connect, call home, forgive, and protect your energy body. Through visualization, awareness, and breath you will feel your energy body come to a centered state that it holds steady throughout the day. Namaste and enjoy.

Welcome to your Guided Energy grounding meditation practice.

Please find a comfortable seat with your feet firmly planted on the ground and sit up nice and tall.

Relax your shoulders back and down and release any tension that's there in the neck and in the jaw muscles.

Now take three deep belly breaths to open this practice and to bring you into your body.

Inhaling into the belly and exhale it out fully.

Two more times just like that.

Inhale and exhale.

Breathe into the belly again and exhale.

Now we will start by establishing a grounding cord which will connect your energy body to the earth's grounding energy.

To do this let your attention flow into the root chakra which lies at the base of your tailbone.

Stay there while you visualize a beam of light traveling from your root all the way down into the center of the earth.

Breathe and feel this connection.

Good.

Now take your attention up the body and into the crown chakra which is located at the very top of the head.

Visualize another beam of light coming from that crown going directly up towards the sky to connect with the universal energy.

And now let's call your spirit home with these three phrases.

I release any energy that is not of my own or not of the highest good.

I call myself back home to myself and I call in all energy of the highest good.

I connect with my body,

My spirit,

And my highest self.

And now take your attention down into the middle of your feet.

Visualize beams of light traveling from the center of your feet down into the earth.

Great.

Breathe into that connection.

And now you're ready to pull grounding energy up from the earth.

Earth energy is the color of forest green.

So once you see this lush color,

Imagine it's coming up into your feet,

Then into the legs,

And watch it travel up into the torso,

All the way through the heart,

And now imagine that it's coming all the way up through the crown of the head and out.

Beautiful.

Now we'll bring in forgiveness energy which is the color of gold.

Imagine just as you did with the earth energy,

This golden color coming up from the center of your feet.

Breathe up into the legs,

Allowing that golden color up into the torso and allow it to stay at the heart and breathe in and out through the heart.

This golden beautiful forgiveness energy.

And now watch it travel up through the crown of your head and out.

Awesome.

Now you're ready to get grounded and present with protective energy.

Protective energy is the color rose,

And we'll imagine a rose-colored bubble surrounding your body at about an arm's length all the way around your body.

Rose is protective and repels others' energies as necessary.

So stay with this beautiful rose-colored bubble surrounding your body for a few breaths.

Great work.

Now we'll close this practice by bringing your awareness back into the room and your body by wiggling the toes and the fingertips and gently opening your eyes.

Now enjoy your day,

Feeling grounded,

Connected,

And protected.
