Experience a state of deep, conscious rest where you remain fully awake while your body enters a profound state of relaxation. Preparing for Your Practice: •Find a quiet space where you will be completely undisturbed. • A blanket (your body temperature drops naturally during deep relaxation) • Pillows or bolsters to place under your knees to support your lower back During this practice, I will invite you to welcome your Sankalpa—a sacred intention or heartfelt vow. Unlike a traditional resolution aimed at self-improvement, a Sankalpa is an acknowledgment of a truth already known to your true Self. If a Sankalpa doesn't come through, that's okay! Here are some suggestions: I am whole I am well. My heart is open to life's abundance. I nourish my body with healthy choices. I share my unique gifts with the world. Thank you for choosing to share this space of conscious rest today. I'm glad you're here!
