Affirmations For Physical Healing

My name is Meredith.

Thank you so much for joining me here.

I wanted to share affirmations for healing and specifically physical healing of the body but these can also apply to mental,

Emotional,

Spiritual,

Any sort of healing that really aligns with you in this moment but I intend these to fully just channel this healing energy for everyone who finds their way here and listens to them.

So I hope that these can be a transmission that will elevate your field and align you to the highest healing energies,

The energies of Reiki,

Of energy healing,

Of divine love and healing light and I am going to call on the energy of Reiki to join here with me as I share these affirmations,

These messages,

These words and I will be playing 285 hertz frequencies in the background so these are said to be very healing for the physical body so know that the sound is going to be supporting this journey as well.

Okay so as always I invite you to listen to these in the way that is most aligned for you whether that is sitting in silence as a meditation with your eyes closed going inward perhaps placing your hands on your body on a place that might be in need of physical healing maybe your heart maybe your solar plexus your stomach to ground into your body ground into yourself as we arrive here together inhaling the light and the love the energy of healing and exhaling any fears any stagnation any worries any anxieties that might be in your field allowing them to fall away as naturally and easily as your out breath your exhale your release and inhaling all of the light all of the love all of the healing allowing it to flow to you as effortlessly as it is for you to inhale and allowing these words to enter your energy field enter your heart enter your mind your being your soul my body knows how to heal and I trust its divine wisdom I am safe in my body as it naturally restores itself to perfect health I allow healing to unfold in the way that is right and best for me I honor my body and respond with compassion grace and love with each breath I know that my body is receiving exactly what it needs to heal my cells communicate clearly and divinely in perfect order to restore myself to perfect health in this moment I choose balance and peace over stress and worry I release any tension and I welcome ease love and divine healing to enter into my energy field I acknowledge any sensations of pain or dis-ease and I surround it with love ease and healing my body and my energy field is releasing what it no longer needs to hold or carry peace and healing flows into any places that feel strained or tense I feel divine healing energy moving gently and easefully through every cell in my body through my entire energy field through my physical form I trust the sacred timing of my body's healing even when healing might not feel visible I trust and know that it is happening my body responds to patience kindness and love I surrender control and allow the sacred timing of my path and my healing to unfold I am so grateful that I know I am so supported in all ways physically energetically spiritually emotionally and mentally I call on my angels and divine protection to support me as my body heals and restores itself to perfect health I envision myself held in a field of light of strength of safety of love and of divine healing I allow only supportive restorative energies into my field and my body I know that I am protected on all levels as I heal I am healing now my body is safe divine repair and order is underway in my physical body I feel divine healing light moving through me its intelligence activating healing frequencies healing essence and love I trust my healing process and timeline I honor this season of my life I allow myself to rest and be supported throughout my healing process I know that this is temporary and that I will get through this I know that I will heal I envision myself in perfect health walking running dancing living as my most aligned self in perfect divine order harmony happiness and peace I am grateful that I see the beauty and gifts in this moment in this experience I am so grateful for all of the healing that has taken place already and that I have experienced and will continue to experience I know that miracles are natural and I expect them to unfold in my life each and every moment and day I welcome miracles I welcome divine support I welcome the most divine healing energy light and love to surround me now I see myself in a portal of divine healing light and as I breathe effortlessly this healing light fills my body and surrounds me this healing light knows exactly what to do it knows exactly where to go and it supports me in each and every moment I breathe in and I allow I allow this knowing and this peace that I am exactly where I'm meant to be that I am healing and I trust that this experience is in perfect order divine timing and is showing me so much wisdom and strength within myself I know that I am never alone and I'm not alone as I walk this healing path I'm so grateful for the tools and the support and the love that is flowing to me seen and unseen known and unknown felt and destined for me I know that my body is in the process of sacred repair renewal and healing I know that my cells my tissues my muscles my bones are actively repairing themselves now I feel the divine energy of healing light flowing through me now I trust and know that this healing light is flowing to me past this transmission it is always flowing to me I know that there are angels surrounding me angels of healing angels of strength angels of protection and love I know that these angels will continue to support me on my healing journey and beyond I feel at peace in this moment knowing that all is unfolding exactly as it should I am so strong I am so powerful I have divine healing capabilities that I am connected to in each and every moment I remember that divine healing and miracles are natural I expect them I invite them I welcome them I remember that my body knows how to heal itself and it is doing so now I rest and I receive divine healing light and energy I am so grateful for all of the healing that has taken place and continues to take place I see and feel and know that healing is possible and natural in that I see myself in the future moving with ease walking with ease entirely healed strong healthy and so grateful for this healing that has taken place alone I am so supported so held and so loved I know that all is unfolding exactly as it should I trust and know that I am healing I trust and know that my healing is unfolding exactly as it should that I am exactly where I should be in this moment that everything is in perfect order I know that I will overcome this chapter I know that I am a sacred being of light and of love and that healing is unfolding for me now may we envision ourselves in perfect health in bodies of strength of power of love grateful for our hands that can hold our hearts that can hold one another that can hug ourself that can be placed on our body and transmit healing in a way that is so divine yet so entirely natural for us may we all collectively send this healing light to anyone and everyone in need knowing it is finding them taking this moment to set this intention to send healing to yourself to anyone coming to mind that might need it to all beings to the world to the universe thank you so much for being here I love you and I am so grateful for you and I see and envision you in perfect health and divine love and light in our most beautiful physical forms that we are so grateful for for having for being for feeling for allowing us to move through life in the world in the way that we do so thank you thank you thank you I love you I love you I love you I hope this provides you with a sense of connection to healing energy to Reiki to the divine to your purest light and love and just remember that you are a vessel of divine healing we all are I love you and if you are in a moment of struggle of hardship of
