Welcome back.
I hope you are having a beautiful day,
Moment,
And I would like to invite you to join me on a journey of meditation,
Affirmation,
Just a guided collective experience to connect to our light,
To the light of the divine,
To call more light forth into the world,
Into humanity at this time.
I keep coming back to this idea of how important it is right now to really cultivate our light,
To be the light,
To choose light over darkness,
Over fear,
And how each one of us really have this role in the world right now,
To be here as the light,
Not to get sucked into spirals of fear and darkness,
And to do what we can to truly elevate this new earth,
This higher frequency,
And to choose a more elevated path,
Timeline ahead,
And to bring that forth to the world,
To bring forth transformation and healing and love for the earth and for humanity,
And to do what we came here to do,
To honor our soul missions and what we're collectively here doing,
Whatever that is,
But all on the path of light and love in our own ways and to really honor that,
Our unique way of bringing forth light to the world,
So I invite you to feel free to join me wherever you are,
To listen however feels best to you.
I am closing my eyes and going within.
I invite you to do the same,
To breathe in deeply and soften,
Exhale,
Release completely,
Surrender,
To breathe in the life force of your breath,
Exhaling distortion,
Exhaling fear,
Exhaling what's no longer meant to be in your field,
Coming here and now,
Home to this moment,
This place,
This time,
And as you breathe deeply,
You sense the light within your heart,
The light of all that is,
Connecting you to all that is,
Connecting all of us,
And breathing into that light,
Breathing into your heart,
And as you breathe and acknowledge that light and its presence,
The light begins to grow brighter and stronger.
You feel the light expanding outside of your body,
You can sense it,
You can touch it,
You can feel it,
You know it's there.
Continuing to breathe into this light,
Feeling as though you could stretch out your arms and feel this light all around you,
This light to fill the entire space that you are in.
As we provide a love and healing to Mother Earth,
She provides us with the same.
Your light travels so deeply into the core of Mother Earth as you restore her to her original essence of light and love,
A mutual give-and-take of love and knowing your soul connects to this light and this truth,
And all that is.
And as you breathe,
You receive the light of the divine,
The light of Source,
Breathing it in so deeply,
Allowing it to purify every cell of your being,
Allowing it to travel back to past lives,
And as you breathe,
Gently fluttering into your field,
Merging with your own light,
And the light gently swirls around you,
And you feel a journey through your crown chakra,
Gently flowing in.
You are connected to the divine,
You are a clear channel to the divine,
And all that is.
You are able to so freely receive information,
Healing,
Wisdom,
And truth.
You're able to share this,
You're able to know this,
Receive it into your heart.
And the light moves into your third eye,
And you can see so clearly.
You can see what is true.
You can see the patterns,
The stories.
You can see past the veil,
Past the illusions,
Past the narrative that is being portrayed.
You see all that is.
You see all that has been.
You see exactly where you're heading.
And the light moves through your throat chakra.
You are able to share your truth so freely,
Sing your songs,
Speak with love,
Share your love,
Share your wisdom,
Your knowing.
You're able to be a teacher,
A voice of compassion,
And wisdom,
And healing.
Your throat is so fully open,
It is safe to speak your truth.
And this light of the divine moves into your heart,
All of your chakras connected to your heart.
The light cleanses away anything heavy on your heart,
Any sorrow,
Any remorse.
You are able to fully allow your heart to be present,
To live through love,
To go into your past,
Loving yourself so fully and completely.
You've kept so close to your heart,
So sacred,
And just sending that love to whoever is coming to you now.
Sending that love to Mother Earth.
Sending that love to humanity.
Sending that love to all in need of it now.
Sending that love to all that you are connected to,
To your beloved,
To your soul connections,
To yourself.
And this light continues to travel into your solar plexus.
It's illuminated so brightly.
You are so powerful.
You are so supported.
You have the strength to share your love,
Your light,
And your mission.
Moving ahead with confidence,
With purpose.
The light travels to your sacral chakra.
You feel alive with creative force.
Your sensuality is free to be expressed.
You allow yourself to create,
To create exactly what your soul wishes for you and else,
Simply for you.
And the light travels into your root chakra.
You are so held.
Everything is going to be okay.
It always is.
Feeling secure in this knowing,
Full trust in the universe.
Connecting again to the energy of Mother Earth holding you.
Allowing this light of the divine to flow through you,
Knowing you don't have to do anything.
As you breathe and allow this light to continue to expand,
You feel so at peace.
You feel so much love for yourself,
For your journey,
Your story.
This planet,
This universe,
To humanity.
Now in this very moment,
This chapter on earth,
This chapter in your lifetime,
Your story.
And you live through this love.
You embody it.
Sacred union.
Breakthroughs leading us to surrendering to this great mystery of life.
The great joy that it is to be here as a human,
As we trust and surrender and fall into the arms of the divine.
To have found this path of light,
The path of truth,
The path of the heart.
Unity.
We pray for peace.
We call on our love.
Support us,
Asking our angels,
Archangels,
Ancestors,
Ascended masters,
Guides of the highest truth to join with us,
To walk with us,
To help us on our sacred soul missions,
To bring forth more light and love.
Surrendering to the highest good for all.
Surrendering to our soul's journeys.
Being a divine light worker that you are,
For seeing a better future ahead for us all,
For walking in the path of light and love.
And as we choose to see the light and the love in ourselves and all beings,
That this truly will awaken and transform all beings.
