Hi,
Thank you as always for being here joining me and for being the beautiful soul and human that you are.
A word,
A theme that's been coming up for me that I wanted to share a meditation affirmation around this is the idea of trust and I think for all of us it's trusting ourselves,
Trusting our story,
Our journey,
Trusting where we are and being there and trusting the timing and not just thinking about where we want or need to be or going next or where we have been but just being here and now and trusting that that is perfect and our timing is perfect.
Sometimes the changes,
The shifts don't happen instantly or overnight or even in the timing that we might envision and then maybe we'll look back and just see how everything really was perfect and trusting what we're learning from where we are now and our experiences and all of it and then also trusting in the universe,
Trusting in something greater than ourselves,
A plan greater than our own,
A story that we could not imagine but is so beautiful and teaches us what we're meant to learn in this lifetime,
Shows us the way ahead,
Shows us where we're meant to be.
So just trusting and letting this be a prayer,
A reminder,
A reconnection to yourself and the divine and trust in that and all that is and where you are here and now.
Okay,
Let's just settle in and arrive here wherever you are is divine and perfect as always feeling free to listen however feels best to you whether that is in meditation or in movement or stillness or chaos,
Anything is perfect and I'm just holding you in so much love and light praying that love and light surrounds you now as we breathe,
As we arrive,
As we come into our hearts as we feel the light of all that is radiating and expanding from our hearts from our souls connecting us to the great light of love of the divine,
The universe,
Source calling on our angels,
Our guides,
Our team,
Ancestors,
All beings of the highest truth,
Light,
Love and compassion to join us here now and remind us of our power,
Our light,
Our strength,
Our love,
To trust ourselves,
To trust our timing and to trust that we are exactly where we're meant to be allowing yourself to receive these words in your soul,
In your heart,
In your subconscious,
And in your energy field I trust that I am exactly where I'm meant to be I trust myself I trust my story I trust my heart,
My knowing,
My wisdom,
My voice,
And my love I trust every single part of my story and path that has led me here and now I trust that my higher self is guiding me to the highest timeline,
Reality,
Life,
And truth I trust that my journey is leading me to the most beautiful future and life I trust in my path,
My timing,
And in myself I trust that where I am here and now is perfect I trust my voice and the power of what I share,
Embody,
And express I trust where my heart is calling me to go I trust myself to follow my heart and my love and what I've always known in my soul I trust that miracles are on their way to me I trust in the ability to create miracles and receive them I trust the seasons of my life I trust the seasons of my journey,
My day,
And my reality Embracing change,
The cycles of life,
Transition,
And growth I trust that each step that I take is leading me to the reality that is of my highest and best good I trust that what is meant for me will always arrive in divine timing I release the need to control every outcome and I allow my life to unfold with grace,
Ease,
Beauty,
And love I trust my intuition even when the path might seem unclear I know that I am supported by forces of love,
Light,
Truth,
And wisdom I trust myself to make aligned decisions and move forward toward my highest destiny in life I honor the wisdom that comes through surrendering,
Listening,
And allowing as I trust myself fully and completely I trust that every detour has been a redirection guiding me to my highest reality I know that I am safe to let go and surrender and that I will always arrive where I am meant to be I know that I can trust myself fully and completely and I learn to trust myself more and more each day I trust the unfolding of my life even when I do not know what is next I know that I am infinitely guided,
Protected,
And led toward what is truly aligned for my soul I trust that clarity arrives exactly when it is meant to I trust myself to handle whatever comes my way with so much grace,
Ease,
And love I release fear and turn toward faith and love I surrender and allow knowing I do not need to force or control what is meant for me I know that what is meant for me is already finding its way to me I trust the wisdom of my soul,
My heart,
And my light I trust myself to feel safe in moments of uncertainty,
Knowing that clarity will find me exactly when it is meant to I trust that my soul understands the path ahead,
The path of my life,
My love,
And my journey I lean into trust.
I choose trust.
I fully trust myself,
My life,
And my journey I know that what is meant for me will not miss me I let go and receive knowing that my intuition is guiding me,
Knowing that the divine is guiding me,
And that my soul and higher self is guiding me I surrender and allow all that is meant for me I release control as I fully trust my story,
My life,
My heart,
And my knowing I know that I hold all of the answers within.
It is safe to relax and stop seeking outside of myself I turn to stillness,
My inner voice,
And the compass of my heart and soul I know that I will never miss anything that is meant for me I know that nothing is random,
And all is destined to unfold exactly as it is meant to I am aligned with my highest timeline and reality,
Following the blueprint of my soul,
The callings of my heart,
And the knowing of my light,
My love,
And my truth I trust myself,
I trust my story,
And I trust in the divine I trust my timing.
I trust the moments when I know exactly where to go and what to do and what to say I trust in the moments where I do not feel clarity or know where to go or what to do I allow the cycle to unfold.
I allow myself to be guided I call in the light and love of the divine to walk with me,
To help me remember to trust myself in each and every moment,
And to continue listening to my knowing,
My heart,
And my soul I trust myself fully and completely.
I trust that I am exactly where I'm meant to be,
That I've never been alone,
That I will always be guided,
And that my life is unfolding in the most divine way I pray that we may remember to trust ourselves entirely,
To trust in each and every moment being the exact right moment where we're meant to be and trusting and knowing how divinely guided and connected to all that is,
That we always are,
That we always will be,
And that we know the truth,
That we can trust our knowing,
Our light,
Our love,
Our feelings,
Our bodies,
Our souls,
Our voices,
And our hearts Thank you as always for being here,
I love you,
And I trust that this will find you in the exact right moment,
In the exact right place,
And that you'll return to it any time that you need,
And that this will find exactly who it's meant to May you have the most blessed,
