A guided transmission of love,
Light,
And connection.

And together let's inhale light and exhale anything that is no longer meant to be in our fields.
Inhale love.
Inhale light.
Exhale fears and shame and regrets.
Inhale truth.
Exhale the illusions.
Sitting comfortably,
Relaxing.
You feel each part of your body softened.
Your feet and your ankles,
Your toes,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Your chest,
Your heart,
Your throat,
Your head,
Your arms and hands.
And here you are so held and so loved and so protected.
Seeing a golden bubble of light surrounding you as you allow it to flow into your crown,
Purifying,
Cleansing every cell in your body.
And together we set the intention in this sacred space that we will receive healing guidance,
Information,
Truth,
Remembrances that are meant for us now.
It is safe to remember your truth.
It is safe to know who you really are.
You are so held and supported on this journey,
This lifetime,
In every lifetime.
You feel your angels drawing close.
You may see them.
You may hear them.
You may feel them.
Or you may just know them.
The energy around us lightens,
Brightens,
And is activated.
Surrounded by the divine,
By ascended masters,
Angels,
And archangels,
Our loved ones who are here holding us,
Guiding us,
And loving us.
They remind us that we are so divine,
Just as they are.
We are holy and complete.
As we sit,
You gain access to an inner knowing.
It may come in the form of your voice.
It may come as a gentle knowing.
It may come as a storybook of images playing out in your mind's eye.
And here you are so held,
Floating on a cloud,
Floating through the cosmos and space,
As your angels guide you now.
And one angel steps forward,
And you know they have all of the answers that have been on your heart and soul and mind.
And together we will ask a few questions.
What am I here to remember?
What am I here to do?
And what is my soul's mission here in this lifetime and all of my lifetimes?
What is it that I need to hear in this moment now?
Who am I?
And inviting you to continue asking any questions of your own to your angels and your guides,
Your team.
And together,
Let's reflect on this beautiful year,
This beautiful lifetime that we've had.
Thanking yourself for how far you've come,
For who you are,
For who you've become,
And who you're becoming.
Thanking yourself for all of the times that you opened your heart to love,
For all of the times that you were afraid of love,
That you ran from love,
That you didn't allow yourself to be truthful and honest with your love.
And knowing it was part of your story and it's okay to forgive yourself for all of the times that you did not choose love.
It's okay.
You are forgiven.
You are so held.
Your journey has been perfect exactly as it is.
And seeing how much you've overcome,
How much you've learned and grown,
How sacred you are,
Seeing the beauty in every part of your journey,
The struggles that have turned to wisdom,
The grief that has turned to eternal love,
The shame that has turned to knowledge,
The regrets that have turned to trust.
Knowing that your journey has been so divine and so perfect,
Knowing that where you are here and now is so divine and so perfect,
Knowing that you are so divine and so perfect,
Exactly as you are.
You are pure love.
You are pure light.
You are pure consciousness.
You are source.
You are the divine.
You are light.
And as we float in this cloud with our angels and guides and team,
We remember that we are always surrounded by them.
They've never been far.
They're always here for us.
Just like you and I connected across all time and space.
As we all are,
All of those who we've touched with our hearts and had those soul connections with,
We're all interconnected,
Interwoven through time and space.
We could reach out our hands and feel each other now.
We can feel that love that always exists in our hearts.
No matter how much time has gone by,
How much distance may be between us,
We can always feel and know and trust that love.
And to see and hold the gift of how beautiful it is to love so deeply and completely in this life.
Knowing that everyone you've touched with your love and your heart will be forever changed by knowing your love,
By knowing you,
By feeling you,
By meeting you.
We are all catalysts of one another.
We are all mirrors of one another.
We are all guides walking each other home.
Our paths have crossed for a reason.
Nothing is random.
Also interwoven together to guide us where we're meant to be.
And surrendering into the greater plan,
Into what is of our highest good,
To say it's okay for me not to know.
What that plan is,
I trust in the plan.
I trust myself.
I trust my story.
I trust my timeline.
I trust my love.
I trust and know that my love and my heart will guide me home,
Guide me to where I'm meant to be every single time.
And I think back on how beautiful the connections in my life are and have been in the moments where I've collided with pure divine love and how I couldn't have planned any of that.
How the divine orchestrated it all so perfectly to place us there in that very moment.
Each and every moment has been so divinely orchestrated and we know it will continue to be divinely orchestrated.
Nothing is random.
And to feel love and the beauty in everything that we've experienced,
Even the most painful times,
To feel the love running through it all,
Even when it's been the darkest,
To know the light has always been there and always will be there.
You are that light.
If you don't see the light,
Sometimes you just have to look around because you are that light as you guide and awaken and remember the truth of who you are.
You are divine love.
You are a divine goddess,
God,
Walking in human form.
You're here for so many beautiful reasons.
You change the world with your love and your light,
Allowing yourself to feel your heart expand.
Feel the love radiating from your heart.
Feel it surround your entire body,
Your entire field.
Feel your crown chakra open,
Activated,
Awakened,
Open to receive divine wisdom,
Information,
Remembrances,
Truth,
Downloads.
You are open to receive.
You know the truth.
You know the answers.
You know.
You know.
You know.
You are a divine being of love and light.
Your existence here is so beautifully orchestrated.
Your whole life and journey is so beautifully orchestrated.
And surrender into that further and further,
Deeper and deeper,
Knowing that you can trust that everything unfolding is happening exactly as it should,
Even more perfect than we could have envisioned.
Part of our work here is to feel,
To be,
To feel our emotions deeply.
If you're feeling deep emotions,
Allow them to move through you.
Allow them to release.
Allow yourself to let go.
Let go of what you're holding on to.
Let go of the illusions.
Let go of everything that you want to control.
And know that the plan is so much more beautiful than you could ever envision.
Your soul chose to be here.
Your soul chose this journey.
You are so held.
You are so protected.
You are so sacred.
Your path is illuminated with light and love and knowing that as you walk forward,
You trust that you are never alone.
You trust that you are being guided and that your story is the most beautiful story you could have ever told.
And as we return back home to our bodies,
Remembering our connection with all that is,
While still feeling present here,
In this time and space and moment,
As we thank our angels,
Ancestors,
And guides who joined with us to share divine wisdom,
Love,
And light with us,
We know that they are always with us.
Feeling our hearts still radiating that love.
As we return back into our bodies,
We know that as we walk through this world with more light and more love,
We radiate that outward,
That we do change the world,
And we inspire miracles,
And we radiate love and light to everyone and everything,
And we uplift this entire planet and universe with our love and with our light.
Gently breathing into your body,
Your hand on your heart and your stomach.
Breathing in and releasing,
And gently coming back home to your body,
Opening your eyes and awakening to this beautiful dimension,
This beautiful life,
This beautiful story of love and of life,
And of truth and remembrance,
Knowing that you know the answers within,
Knowing that you can always come back home to yourself.
You can always change the world just by being yourself and sharing your beautiful love and your beautiful life.
Staying here for as long as you would like,
Feeling the gratitude,
Feeling your heart expanded,
Your energy field radiant and pure and vibrant,
Feeling all of the love within you,

Around you,
Knowing how deeply loved and held you are.
