Begin to settle into your space.
Find a seat where you can be comfortably in for a few moments,
Seated,
You can even be laying down,
That's completely fine.
And then as you begin to settle in,
Allow your eyes to soften to a close or maybe just find a soft gaze on your lap or a table in front of you,
Even on the ground in front of you.
And right away,
Let's tune into the breath.
Just notice your natural cadence of breath and on your next inhale breath,
Sip in a slightly longer inhale through the nose and exhale a gentle sigh out of the mouth.
Two more just like this,
Inhale.
Exhale,
A gentle sigh,
Relax the shoulders.
One more inhale through the nose.
Exhale a gentle sigh,
Relax the forehead.
And then begin to slide your awareness to the soles of the feet,
The bottom of the feet.
Start to locate where that is for you.
And then on your next inhale,
We're going to breathe in through the soles of the feet,
Up the legs,
Into the hip,
The pelvic bowl.
And exhale,
We're going to breathe the opposite way,
Down the legs,
Out the soles of the feet.
So that's our path.
Inhale in the soles of the feet,
Past the ankles,
The lower legs,
Knees,
Upper legs,
Into the pelvic bowl.
And then exhale down the upper legs,
Past the knees,
The lower legs,
Ankles,
And then out the soles of the feet.
And we'll continue like that.
Inhale,
Soles of feet,
Up the legs to the pelvic bowl.
And then exhale down the legs,
Out the soles of the feet.
And continue just like that.
The mind wanders.
That's what it does.
And every time you notice it doing so,
Just draw it back,
Starting again at the soles of the feet.
Inhale,
Up the legs to the pelvic bowl.
And exhale the opposite way,
Down the legs,
Out the soles of the feet.
Final two rounds.
And after your next exhale breath,
You can let that practice go for now.
And take one final moment just to notice the effects of this practice.
Notice what you notice.
And just take a moment to be.
And when you're ready,
You can tuck the chin to the chest,
A little bow of the head.
Flutter the eyes open.
You can blink a few times.
Return back to your light of your space.
I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day.
Namaste.
