This meditation is a systematic relaxation aimed at harmonizing all of the faculties of the mind and somatic systems of the body by activating, or sending vital life force energy, to marmastanas, or energy centers within the body. It is great to calm an overactive mind, to promote a deep rest when feeling drained, and relieve stress within the mind and body. It is best done laying down, but seated is fine as well.
