Breathe in knowing you are breathing in that your mind is invited to watch and to flow with the inhalation and the exhalation of your life force.
Thoughts of the past or future begin to fade into the distance as you follow the thread of your breath in and out of your body.
In your mind's eye you become aware of your expanded energy but you are fully aware of the inner you of the physical form.
Still aware of where you are whether you're seated or laying but you are aware of the expanded energy,
The physical form and the life force that runs within you.
You feel the length of your spine,
The softness in your shoulders,
The incredible light of your heart and in that moment you feel as though your spine has lengthened.
In that moment you soften your tongue,
Your jaw naturally follows and in that instant you become aware of an incredible loving energy behind you.
You feel the presence to drift backwards slightly as though you are leaning in to this energy as if it was a loved one embracing you from behind or the comfort of a chair.
You feel your chin slightly tuck and it lengthens the back of your neck.
This action alone brings you into a deeper sense of leaning into this energy of being supported by what is behind you and then you feel her.
You feel the presence of your divine higher self.
Your higher self stands,
Drifts behind you as you feel your head drift backwards you become aware that your mind is aligned with their heart.
It helps to calm your mind,
To feel the wisdom of your eternal self through the mind.
The mind calms,
The love and the heart of your higher self cleansing the mind from all concerns expanding the awareness of your senses.
In your mind's eye you drift upwards,
You have the ability to see through the eyes of your higher self,
A higher perspective,
A perspective from love.
The ability to see the bigger picture in situations and events in your life,
To see through the eyes of spirit and of your eternal self.
Immediately you feel a deeper sense of being supported,
Of the incredible love that truly is held for you always.
In your mind's eye and the awareness of your energy you drift downwards to your heart space.
As you lean into her energy you become aware that her great hands of light are holding your heart.
The wisdom of who you have ever been is held in your heart.
Breathe and feel the empowerment of love,
That you are not alone,
That you have incredible wisdom supporting you,
Honouring you and guiding you.
Feel her holding your heart in the love and the wisdom of the universe.
Feel her creating and calming your mind through the connection through her beating heart,
The pulsating energy of your wisdom and feel and see through her eyes.
With full awareness every particle of your life,
Of the life force that you are is infused with divine light.
You feel grounded,
Centred,
Strong,
You are standing in the empowerment of your eternal self.
