And take a sip of air through your nose and out through your nose.

Become aware of your body,

Your skin,

What it's touching,

Where your skin meets the air.

Notice the meeting point between what is you and what is not you.

Continue with the slow breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.

And as you get quiet,

As your mind becomes quiet,

As you focus on your body,

On your breath,

On this moment.

See if you can notice your heartbeat.

And you feel the pulse,

The rhythm in you,

The endless,

Ongoing rhythm of light flowing through you.

Can you feel the magic,

The mystery,

The beauty,

And with wonder and awe?

Know that you are a miracle,

Magnificent creature of this earth.

And that you are special,

That you are precious,

And you are part of this grand mystery,

This grand experience of life.

Feel it moving through you.

Can you feel your skin tingling,

Your heart beating,

And know that you are alive?
