Hi there,
This is Amanda from Ananda Amanda,
Yoga and meditation.
And I'm going to do something a little bit different here.
This is a mantra practice.
So it's a very short practice,
We're only going to recite this mantra for for 12 rounds.
And you can do it with your eyes open,
You could have it in the background.
I know that for me,
This mantra is quite beautiful and has beautiful but kind of scary memories as well.
After I had a bit of treatment on my breasts and I was diagnosed,
I would use this mantra every time I went past the place that I had been diagnosed at.
And I was sending the healing prayer or the healing feeling to not only those women who were in that clinic at that time as I was driving past,
But also I was sending the healing mantra into me and my breasts.
So if this can serve anyone out there who's wanting to call in healing for whatever reason,
Yeah,
Give it a go and just see how it works for you.
So it's a very simple mantra.
And we could get into the meaning of every single sound or bij that is in the mantra,
But generally it's a healing mantra.
So we're going to sing it.
I'm going to sing it 12 times.
If you'd like to join in,
You can,
You can play it as many times as you'd like to.
I'm going to count 12 times on my fingers so that I can remember.
And by the 12th time,
You're probably going to have it lodged in your brain and in your memory.
So the mantra is Rama dasa sa se so hung.
Rama dasa sa se so hung.
So if you want to sing it with me,
Find a comfortable place to sit,
Stand,
Maybe lie down.
If you want to,
You can close your eyes,
Maybe give a little sway from side to side.
And you can keep swaying if you like,
Or you can come to stillness.
And take a nice deep breath in through both of your nostrils.
Exhale out of the mouth.
Rama dasa sa se so hung Rama dasa sa se so hung Ramadasa sa seso hum.
Ramadasa sa seso hum.
Ramadasa sa seso hum.
Ramadasa sa seso hum.
Ramadasa sa seso hum.
Ramadasa sa seso hum.
Ramadasa sa seso hum.
Ramadasa sa seso hum.
Ramadasa sa seso hum.
Ramadasa sa seso hum.
Ramadasa sa seso hum.
Ramadasa sa seso hum.
And gather your hands,
Take them onto your heart and gather in that which you wish to heal.
And let the feeling of the mantra wash through that.
It might be a relationship,
It might be a situation.
Feel the mantra flow out into your body,
Into your person,
Into your situation and trust.
Bring the hands together at the heart and bow your head to your fingertips,
Your mind to your heart.
Namaste.
