Amanda has taught and practiced Yoga and Meditation for many years. Her practice began as a way of navigating tension and tightness in her physical body after a Karate injury while living in Japan. A whole new world opened up after she recognised that she could undo that same tension and tightness by joining a local Hatha Yoga class. The practices and her lifelong desire to develop herself has led down many rabbit holes of exploration. What you see here is part of her offerings in the world. She loves to hear your feedback as her continued growth, development and relevance is paramount. Her own favourite Meditation practices include Yoga Nidra, LovingKindness and Mindfulness Meditation. In her spare time she loves hiking, swimming, yoga, mobility and strength training as well as spending time with family. May her practices be of service to you.
