Good morning.
This is a meditation to assist you in stepping into your day with love and positivity.
Find a comfortable seat.
Gently close your eyes and tune into your natural breath.
Lengthening through your spinal column but relaxing the musculature surrounding it.
Feel into the ground,
The support beneath you and the sky above.
Feel those two opposing forces gently being drawn into your physical body and circulating to create balance.
Allow your breath now to be of an equal count.
A four breath in and followed by a four breath out.
Breathing in for four and breathing out for four.
Let there be no gap.
Just allow your breath to smoothly roll into an inhalation,
An easy exhalation.
Notice where you're feeling the breath most in your body.
There's no right or wrong.
We're just acknowledging what is in this moment.
Sense of field,
An orb of radiance that is surrounding you now.
It is protective,
It is kind,
It is your energy field.
You might see this boundary in a particular colour and as you breathe in see and sense this boundary lighting up.
And see and sense the energy within the boundary lighting up also.
See and sense your physical body lighting up in your mind's eye.
And now begin to affirm this.

Add your name,
Am now surrounded by a force field of love and positivity.
Notice how that feels and let's do that again.

Am now surrounded by a force field of love and positivity.
Feel positivity and love exuding from this force field.
Adding another layer,
A cushion if you like,
To support you in moving into your day.
When you're ready begin to deepen your breath.
Gently open your eyes.
Take a moment to move your head to one side and then gently around to the other.
Have a beautiful day filled with love and positivity.
