Use this meditation to help you release and clear your body and mind. It can be used when your emotions are running high, when you have tightness or tension in your body or when you want to cleanse your energy. You will leave feeling clear and grounded.

Hi and welcome.

My name is Amanda Broad and I'm looking forward to going on this healing journey with you today.

This meditation will help to clear,

Cleanse and ground you if you have been feeling out of sorts,

Have tightness or tension in your body or if you want to do a daily energy clearing.

Let's begin.

Go within and notice your breath,

Knowing you can be right here,

Right now,

With nothing to do and nowhere to be for the next few moments.

We are going to begin by connecting with your body.

Be the observer and notice what's happening within you without trying to change anything just now.

Begin at the top of your head and slowly move down your body.

Notice and observe any tightness or tension.

Take notice of the temperature and the density in each part as you slowly observe and be aware.

Slowly move down your body,

Spending a few moments noticing and being aware of what's happening in each part of you.

Breathe and observe.

Moving down the body,

Noticing the energy if it's big or small,

Heavy or light.

You may become aware of sensations and emotions that are lying within you.

Just notice and be aware.

Breathe and observe.

Moving down the body one part at a time.

Notice any colours that you become aware of,

Any emotions that are associated with each part.

With each breath,

Sink further and further within you.

Connect with each part and witness what is happening there,

Holding space for each part of you and acknowledging any discomfort.

Breathe and observe.

Lastly,

Complete this process by placing your awareness on your feet.

Notice and be aware.

Now be aware of your whole body.

Notice the energy within you and outside of you.

Become aware of the colour you associate with healing.

Bring this colour to your attention.

See this colour in your mind's eye.

This colour feels warm and comforting.

Imagine that this coloured healing light is coming in through the top of your head,

Washing over your entire body.

Infuse this healing light into every cell of your body and all of your energy fields.

Allow it to wash over you and receive this beautiful healing light,

Imagining it clearing and cleansing as it moves through your body.

The source of this healing light comes from universal source energy,

So the more you use the more is available.

There is a never-ending flow of this healing light available to you.

Notice how this light is directed to those parts of yourself and your body where there is tension and tightness.

The uncomfortable sensations and emotions are being transformed by this healing light.

Observe as the healing light penetrates and vibrates in and out of these parts of you,

Releasing and clearing.

Notice how these parts of you change as the energy clears and the emotions transform.

Draw in the healing light through the top of your head and allow it to clear and cleanse every part of you.

As it does this you notice that you are relaxing more and more and coming into balance.

Now allow this healing light to come in through the top of your body through every cell and energy field and allow it to leave your body through the base of your spine and the soles of your feet,

Clearing and cleansing as it leaves your body.

The healing light goes deep into the core of the earth where it is transformed into nutrients for the soil,

Plants and trees.

Allow this process to continue for a few moments,

Observing the healing light moving through you from the top of your head into the core of the earth,

Taking with it anything you want to clear from your body and mind.

Once this process is complete,

On the next in breath breathe up through the base of your spine and the soles of your feet,

Grounding energy from Mother Earth drawing up and into your body.

Allow this earth energy to permeate every cell of your body and all energy fields,

Integrating the healing that has taken place today.

Imagine anything you want to take with you from this point forward infusing into your being love,

Peace and gratitude and anything else you want to embody.

Notice how your body feels clear and cleansed,

You might be aware of a lightness,

Feelings of peace and calm grounded in your body and mind.

As we begin to close this healing process,

Give thanks to the healing light and Mother Earth energy.

Send love and gratitude to yourself for taking the time to connect with you today.

Slowly become aware of your surroundings,

Notice the temperature of the room that you are in,

Any sounds you can hear and be aware of the chair or bed underneath you.

Feel free to use this meditation on a daily basis as a way to cleanse and clear your body and energy fields.

When you are ready you can slowly open your eyes.
