It's a good day to be alive.

Close your eyes.

Take in a slow,

Deep breath all the way in through your nose.

And as you exhale,

Just let go like you're putting down something heavy.

Ahhhh,

Good.

There is so much greatness in this day,

So much joy and love to uncover.

And it's up to us to witness this gift every day and uncover it.

Receive it like a gift you cherish,

Giving gratitude for this day,

For this perspective,

For this chosen optimism,

Giving gratitude for this next breath.

And as you breathe in,

Allow your shoulders to relax and drop.

Unclench your jaw.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Feel the quiet strength underneath you.

There's stability here.

There is safety here.

Say this softly out loud or in your mind.

I am safe to be seen.

I am safe to be heard.

I am meant to take up space.

Good job.

And now imagine the version of you who has all the confidence in the world,

And you walk into a room like you're wearing a crown,

Like you were sent there.

You don't rush your words,

You don't overthink,

You don't over-explain,

And you do not apologize.

You walk in as if the day,

The deal,

The desire is already yours,

And you see,

You feel it's already here.

Allow it.

I trust myself.

I trust my voice.

I trust my decisions.

And I can't wait to exercise them today.

I am calm,

Grounded,

And confident.
